I got the detail and the 35k mile check. The representative that helped me the first time was on lunch so they had another rep help me. When we brought the car in, we had specific things we wanted the mechanics to look at. Of course, we asked the replacement guy the questions or updates on these things and he had no clue. He was going through the paperwork (which we could ve done) and then was like I don t see anything on here.
I have an app that shows how my car was driven. It says multiple harsh turns and hard stops. Which in turns effects my brakes and my car!
They need to handle with car. It s not their car to go and drive all crazy.

I paid $400 and I don t feel like my car was handled with care.
The detail was ok. I spent $180 on it. I could ve spent $50 with the guy that does my other car, but my expectations for this were way too high. I guess they are all people doing it so not really a difference huh.

I ll probably be back because it s the closest dealership to our house but not really impressed. Just average.
