This dealership will not honor the offers they and Lexus advertise. I inquired about a lease offer that was outlined in detail on Lexus.com and their own website on 4/10/21 and 4/12/21. I took a photo of the lease offer and the details. When I inquired about the offer and got a trade-in estimate they stated the lease was actually $450 dollars more than the offer stated. $1300 instead of $849 with down payment and tax, tiltle, licensing fees. They couldn't give me a reason and simply stated "it's just an algorithm we run for lease payment and it's never the same as what is advertised". The offer details said in the fine print it was based off of a nearly identical MSRP to the vehicle I was going to lease and stated it would expire on 5/3/21. I find this to be an incredibly shady tactic and false advertising. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and want to warn others about this.
Loved my salesperson Erin! I felt comfortable with her. She was accommodating. She got everything done in a time crunch. She did a great job. I definitely recommend her.

Joe Lushine has always provided excellent service for my RC. Having owned and driven only German cars previously, I didn't know what to expect from Lexus. Two years later, I am thoroughly impressed. Both by the product, and the service. Joe has been the face of Lexus quality service to me the whole time, and he has made an excellent impression with his friendly personality and incredible customer service skills. I have never had a bad experience. Prices are reasonable, and there have been no unpleasant surprises. Can't ask for anything more!

From the first day of calling in and speaking with Joe about availability on the car he answered all questions I had with patience and transferred me over to finance to finalize things. Being transferred to Becky in finance was a godsend. She worked with me even though I m not a tier 1 applicant and made me feel as if I were. I purchased a used 2019 RX350 F sport from out of state, and the process went very smooth. Our sales person was Erin Fellows and she was very helpful through the whole process. Sent pictures and was quick to answer any question I had. The car was in perfect condition just as described. They worked with me on the price which was already a pretty good deal. We flew in to pick it up, all the paperwork was ready and was expedited for us. We felt very well taken care of and catered to. Would definitely purchase from this dealer again.

Talk about a PREMIUM experience. Right when you walk in you are met with waterfall gardens and it feels like you are walking into a 5 star hotel rather than a dealership. Danna in sales was the type of car salesman you want to deal with. No pressure, happy to get you set up with a variety of test drives. I informed him what I was looking for to work with my family, and he did a great job getting cars ready for me to test drive. My trade in was given to me at the price I wanted. Plus certified Lexus warranties can't be beat. I'm already looking forward to the service department based on the great reviews alone.

Greatest service. We came in for what we thought was a minor issue. We did not have an appointment and it was more complicated. Even though all were busy, there was an amazing response to help us from customer service to the technology specialist and to service. We were very grateful to have amazing their support.

Outstanding service and could not be happier. Tom hustled to get the recall parts fitted to my NX for my trip back to Seattle. The parts had not been available when I dropped my car off for an oil change. While waiting, I was also impressed by the genuine customer service and effort to make a connection with customers while waiting in the lounge area. First class! Unlike other Lexus dealers, the interaction did not feel transactional or scripted.
I made an appointment with a tech specialist and when I arrived to my appointment, the gentlemen I had an appointment with told me someone else had the same appointment time as me. He told me he would have to switch between helping him and me. I guess he double booked himself. I came to Lexus to work with a tech specialist because I wanted to learn more about how to set up my settings in my car. After telling the man several times over and over that I knew how to use the GPS, he proceeded to continue teaching me how to enter the address and location. Especially for Starbucks and Chipotle. And the frustrating part was I didn t go to either places and I didn t understand why he kept showing me how to use my GPS when I had told him I already knew how to use that part of my car. It was a waste of time and he left us sitting in my car half of the time. Also during my last oil change, I had a microfiber cloth in my car and when I came back into my car after they were finished, it was gone. I m pretty sure Lexus has a different color cloth than mine. Wish there were more Lexus locations in MN because I would not continue to go this one.
Outstanding service on the programming of a key fob. Fast and convenient. Also did a spark plug replacement and oil change as a last minute request. Received a loaner vehicle to use for the short time it was needed. Lastly, their car was was broken, but they hand-washed it and vacuumed it to perfection! Great vehicles, and great dealers!
Kristine offered me excellent service for my 350RC! She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and precise! I loved the way I was in there and out quickly! She apologized profusely about not being able to get a car wash but quite frankly, I just appreciate the service I receive at Lexus!!!

This is the third time I've purchased a Lexus at this dealership with the same salesman Val Uderman. Obviously I really like Lexus, this dealership and Val. I love the vehicles and have always felt I was being treated fairly and courteously by both the staff at the dealership and Val. All my Lexus service is done here as well.
We arrived at the dealership around 11:15 a.m. and completed our sale around 8pm. We took a break for lunch but had our car selected and ready to sign before 3 pm. Because of a glitch in the system, our information was not submitted until after 5:30 when apparently the only finance person they have was tied up until after 7 pm. I sat waiting for someone from 3 pm to approximately 7:15 with the promise that we are almost there . The gentleman who sold me the car wasn t really familiar with the vehicle and couldn t tell me more than the basics of the car. He did offer to have a car guru give me a call and set up a separate time for me to come in. There were a number of unexpected charges that appeared once we were actually signing that were not mentioned before. The totals the finance person gave us were higher than the totals the salesman presented to us (and had us signed). The Xzilion add-on appeared in every document as an option we accepted. We tried to decline it and were told it wasn t really an option but mandatory. If that is the case, the documents should clearly reflect that obligation. Instead, they deceptively present that as option accepted by the customer. The whole experience was definitely below expectations. The finance person, however, was great. Very apologetic, went through the process expeditiously and knew her job well.
One of the best experiences at any dealership. Lexus of Wayzata has a culture filled with service and satisfaction. Every employee I had contact with provided top notch service, but Bob definitely stuck out. He was one of the most service minded professionals I ve come across. A very professional service department that truly takes care of their clients. They rolled out the red carpet and provided us with a loaner vehicle to go to lunch while our vehicle was being serviced. They made sure that the vehicle had all the required services completed as prescribed and assist with recommendations. The car was returned back to us after being washed. I only take my car to Lexus in Wayzata for services.
This dealership is by far leaps and bounds above the other dealerships in the metro area. I had nothing but 1st class service from the time we step on the property until we left. I would recommend Lexus of Wayzata and Jonathan to everyone who is out buying a vehicle.
We worked with two exceptional and fun salespeople at this dealership to purchase my new to me BMW X3. They were very helpful and the dealership was immaculate. The financing process was very smooth. My only complaint is that we told them we were not interested in the Xzilon treatment they push but there it was in the negotiation of the car and was told it was already done so we didn t have a choice except to walk and not buy the car. I wanted the car, so we have it. I hope it works as is stated. Otherwise, 5 stars!
Best place to by a new car, Christian was great to work with on the purchase of a es350. They go above and beyond what you get from other dealers. Will be back for my next vehicle. I live in Ohio and fell in love with a Mini Cooper in Minnesota at Auto Center Bargain Lot! When I inquired about the Mini, they replied quickly with a very good "bottom dollar" price! Steven Cady was my salesperson and did a great job with the long distance sale!! My son and daughter drove to pick up the car and the whole experience wa s flawless! I would definitely buy from them again because they were very honest and helpful!
I ve purchased three different pre-owned Lexus s from Lexus of Wayzata and have had numerous appointments and each time I m treated with the best service. Whether buying a car or coming in for an oil change, they do a great job making sure you feel welcomed and appreciated and you can t complain about the waiting area with all the snacks and drink you need while waiting.
The Wayzata dealership was beautiful. The burning fire pit out front is welcoming and an unexpected treasure. We were greeted immediately. Our salesman Russell was awesome and saw us through the whole process of buying a car. Russell was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We drove all the way from Kansas City to buy a car from him because he had a great attitude on the phone. We will definitely ask for Russell again in the future of buying another car. Buying our vehicle was the absolute best experience I ve ever had. So willing to show you different vehicles of the same model and move them just so we could do a walk around and sit in it, all at 27 degrees. Was more than willing to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable.
I brought my vehicle in for detailing, full detail interior and exterior. They did a terrific job! My truck looks virtually brand new after the detailing was done. They definitely treated me right from the time I walked in and throughout the process.
Quality of work and service was top notch and Lexus provides a comfortable area with plenty of space to wait while car is worked on. Estimate I received did not include a number of charges that was added to the final bill that caused a sticker shock and a total cost $300 higher than estimated. The charges added on did not seem to be surprises (cost of new tires, cost of removing and getting rid of old tires) and we re costs that easily could ve been added to the original estimate.
Val was great to work with when our current lease was coming due. He presented all the options and recommended the one that saved us $60/month from our current lease. The 2021 RX is the best Rx we have ever owned. John answered all our questions on the lease agreement and helped us with the protection extras we needed. Dan explained how each system worked when we picked up our new RX. Great experience. Thanks!

Lexus of Wayzata was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. Their customer service is beyond top notch. Their waiting areas are fully stocked and clean. It feels nothing like being in a dealership. To top it off the sales department was so wonderful and helpful to our family. They were extremely accommodating, even for our toddler who held her composure for the duration of our visit. We left with a beautiful Lexus and smiles! They even stayed a bit late to finish everything up so we could take the car home that evening! Ignacio was very helpful and explained all of the features of the car too!
