Lexus of Serramonte Review

Our car was recently totaled in an accident and needed to be replaced fairly quickly. We searched for a replacement vehicle that was safe, reliable, comfortable, energy efficient and otherwise met our unique requirements. We finally decided upon a Lexus. The particular car we sought was difficult to find but Victor Lu from Lexus of Serramonte was able to locate it for us for a reasonable price. Victor was accessible and accommodating throughout the process and even remains available post purchase for any questions that arise. Our new Lexus meets and exceeds our expectations, as does the service at Lexus of Serramonte.

Service Advisor Peter McConnell was A++++ service with a smile and very pleasant to work with. He is truly customer focused and made sure all our needs and campaigns were taken care of.

My old car was wonderful but it had always been too big for me. My needs changed as it aged and so I decided to get a new, smaller car. Toyota has always been my first choice and I am finally ready for a Lexus. It is proving to be a smart decision. From the minute I walked into the showroom (alone) I have been treated with courtesy and intelligence. The car continues to be trustworthy and agile. I felt safe buying it and I feel safe driving it. I am very pleased to have such a reliable adjunct.

The service team at this location is great! They are always courteous and very helpful. I feel comfortable bringing g my questions and car needs to Lexus of Serramonte:)

The service was spectacular due primarily to the service representative, Pete. There was n issue with the high beam headlights and Pete not only gave me a loaner for the night but came in at 6AM when it was still dark outside to make sure the automatic high beam dimmer was working appropriately. That is what I call SERVICE. I should add that it was service WITH A SMILE. Pete was pleasant, upbeat, positive, helpful and obviously went out of his way to help.

The process was quick and hassle free. I was able to drive out the lot happy with my new car in 2.5 hours.. Love it. Thanks Clarissa and Vy for the amazing experience.

I brought my CT200h in for a major repair (head gasket) and had a great experience. The advisor (Jason) was tremendously helpful. He patiently explained to me the parts that may be due for replacements and laid out pros and cons.

My past experience working with other car dealerships was not always pleasant, since often times i walked away thinking i was "tricked" into paying more for unnecessary services. I certainly didn't feel that way here. Really appreciate Jason's candid assessments/advice!

Service itself was good. Follow up on issues with setting up Alexa was not so good. Reached out to the person who handles it, but didn t get a response even though he said he would get back to me the next day.

Had a wonderful experience. Eric was outstanding salesman, very personal, and easy to work with. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone interested in leasing our buying a Lexus. Dana, who went over the paper work, was thorough and very professional.
