Lexus of Manhattan Review

Cars were badly damaged and overpriced...was giving a terrible trade in value...I went to prestige lexus in jersey and got 4,000 more for my trade and a car in mint condition..I would not ever recommend buying at this place..they like to drop the price on your car for dings and dents but not theirs. People try to test your intelligence and act like you don't know the game of buying cars...its not 1990 its 2021..we got phones we can research the value of our cars..dont ever go here you will regret it...sales guy was a good dude but I would never buy here

Great service, was able to do most of the paperwork online and come pick up the car in person. Everything was fast and easy. Christopher Lewis was very helpful during the process and was able to get a good deal on a brand new car!

My one call to Lexus of Manhattan was a care beyond compare with the help of their wonderful and truthful sales personal Mr. Chris Lewis. My dealings with him was completely via a phone and he delivered to my expectations, which in this pandemic testing times was magical.

Outstanding service. I live in Johns Creek Georgia I came to Lexus of Manhattan because they had the exact vehicle I wanted, The experience exceeded my expectations, they were very responsive to my inquiries, gave me information I requested promptly were consistent with details throughout the process. They were efficient, flexible, courteous and even anticipated my needs. Across the board everyone I interacted with was professional and effective and Richard Emerson, the Sales Manager delivered at every turn. I have bought several cars over my lifetime for, my wife, my kids and myself and I can honestly say this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had, thanks to the team led by Richard.

I had originally planned to drive the car back from New York but with Richard s help was able to ship it for a reasonable price to my home which allowed my wife and I to drive back together. I had also planned to finance the car through my credit union but got great financing through the dealership.

I am considering some additional related services and once again I am getting much more effective support from Richard all the way in NY than I am here locally, I just can t say enough good things about Lexus of Manhattan, simply the best.

In over 20 years of buying the car. This dealership went above and beyond. Make me feel like a king and even delivered the car with the interior color I wanted! Thanks Chris! I hope to live to 120 so I can always come back to them!

I recently purchased a used Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Manhattan. It was an awful experience.

First, it was an out of state purchase which took over a month to complete. Every week, I was promised by the sales agent that the paperwork would be finished by the end of the week and I would be able to pick up the car over the weekend! Long story short, they did not know how to deal with an out of state purchase.

Most importantly, my experience was full of false promises and lies. I was told that the car will be detail thoroughly and the scratches will be touched up. Before picking up, I called multiple times to make sure the promises will be hold. They told me it is going to be taken care of. When I got there after a month the car was barely washed. I was refusing to get the car but the sales manager took a picture of the scratches and told me that he knows people and can arrange something in my state over the week for detailing. He then refused it and said the car was sold as is!

Third, the sales person charged me with door edge guards (which was already installed on the car when I saw it). I realized that the guards were original and was in the window sticker. When I asked about it they told me these are better than what I paid for!! I know these are better but I am not supposed to pay for them as I am not supposed to pay for the tires.

Anyway, it was an awful experience. I thought I would save some money but at the end it did not worth the trouble and headache. I am filing a complaint so that they know their customers are not stupid.

By far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had buying a new car. I love my old Lexus but it was time for a trade in and I was honestly dreading it based off of past experiences at other dealerships.
David Rutkay and Kevin Yu took care to explain everything to me and make sure I got the car I wanted. Kevin also took the time to show me all of the car s features and I m thrilled with all the updates(I had a 2013). Highly recommend Lexus of Manhattan!

Just upgraded my Toyota Camry which I had bought during the pandemic to avoid the subway but was not comfortable for my 6'3" frame. Came to Lexus of Manhattan where I had leased a car before. Chris Lewis was my salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. He was really trying to understand my needs, friendly and never tried to oversell me. Came here to look at a Lexus IS 300 that I had wanted that wasn t available elsewhere . Drove over an hour to get there to make a deal. Was greeted at the dealership by the sales rep Warren. He promptly let me test drive the car. Greg was the sales manager there and was very helpful in the whole negotiating process. We didn t strike a deal but they were very professional to us and did not waste any of our time. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus.

I recently bought a car from Lexus of Manhattan. Warren Newland was my salesman and was of the utmost professionalism. Management is also highly efficient. No complaints whatsoever.
