Had been for dinner. The seating area is huge. The restaurant has both buffet and Ala carte options. Buffet consists of pasta, Indian chats and Indian meal courses. It was Saturday night at 8 and the crowd was just building up.
Staffs are courteous and Valet parking is available.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. I booked through points, when I arrived, the service was exceptional, from the welcome, the check-in process, and the entire staff, I mean the ENTIRE staff is super friendly and accommodating; they make you feel at home. The rooms were excellent and clean, the bed was comfortable, we had a beautiful big bathroom in our room. The breakfast was soooo delicious - there were sooo many yummy options from south Indian food, salad bar, western food, chef station, fresh juices, south indian coffee. And again - the attentive service from the breakfast team is one of the best in the world that I've come across - which really surprised me. I've been traveling through India for two months and this was one of my favorite stays. Will be sure to return and highly recommend!

I am currently staying in this hotel and it comes across as a budget hotel at 5k/night.
I am completely disgusted with my first meal at the hotel as i got a worm in my spoonful of poha!!
I complained to the head chef here today morning, to Santosh, but please beware while you stay here and keep your eyes open!

Food could have been better , more quantity less quality

This is an average hotel with full service banquet and restaurant. The place is slightly rundown place with average amenities. The hotel boast of a swimming pool on the rooftop, but was not functional while I visited. It is located next to a mall.
If you are looking for a cheap option and don't mind compromise on some other amenities, this can be your one of the option.

Was here for a company event. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food at Kava is very good. Only problem is the access to the underground parking lot to the hotel.

beds are not comfotable...in room no 425...we was stay there 3 days...in the reataurant not giving finger bowls....coffee machine always getting repair in the morning time...pls look after managements.

I was in Kava, for the dinner buffet. The dishes were either hit or miss. It seems a little overpriced but the ambience is decent. The staff is friendly. Overall, you'll be paying 1k+ for the 5-star experience rather than the food itself. We also got 50% off for the dinner buffet through the dineout app.

Special appreciation for the staffs. they are really professional and polite. Service is very prompt and good

Bfast was ok. Though the timings are till 11am.on weekends, most things were cold or over by 10.

This is about kava hotel. Hopeless, merciless staff. Poor food spread for buffet. Poor hotel management. Got a good deal through nearby app, but wrong choice of hotel. Humiliated and embarrassed for treating my family with food there for my husband s birthday. Hardly any staff seen, no one to clear the table or ask us what we want. One staff even told to checkout in kitchen for asking a particular starter. Got a deal of free mocktails but they served the same mocktail for all 13 of us and when asked again, he repeated the same drink. How much more hopeless can a hotel be!!!! If you are cuddled in very good hotels, you should try this one to know how worse the hospitality can be..

It is located near Rajajinagar flyover. Went to Kava the in-house dining option. Good food and decent buffet spread. Nothing exceptional but the live counters were a nice touch. Not too expensive would definitely go again.

Fantastic food at Kava restaurant. Chef huzefur and Sajith C - very hospitable and fantastic starters. Made our evening great.

This hotel is really Spaacious and I believe is located in the heart of the city. Gud building views are available. Viewing the city from a height is always special to watch.... Over all I would say one can visit once and see coz looking at the hotel I can easily say it it expensive....

I took diner last night at the restaurant. The food was properly cooked and hygienic. The placement is very beautiful. Excecutive Malkeet Singh and his staff members were very appreciative. They all were very nice. I will visit here again.

Nice place near Rajaji Nagar ! Had been there for my friend's baby cradle function. Food for simply super and tasty, the location while your reach is a bit confusing due to the common enterence shared with the mall but once you reach it is a very nice place .. good to have your relaxed meal or Sunday brunch etc ... I highly recommend this place !
