Spent £25 plus £5 exclusive member and got just 2 10 minute sessions. Told the expiry period was 1 month and 2 weeks 5 days later advised the block had ran out the day before!

I came as a new client having just turned 18 I was greeted by such a lush girl she was so helpful she signed me up and showed me what to do I think she could see I was nervous. I think her name is rhian I was made to feel welcome I’ve been to other places and felt really intimidated by staff so thank you lextan Ely.
