Their service is a 3/5: They got things removed from my credit that were not mine. However their daily monitoring is a joke. I had to notify them myself that the items had been removed. Then a few days later they send me a notification that they had been taken off.

Their customer service and billing are a 0/5: They charged me more than their agreement claims to charge. Their "trained paralegals" are little more than customer service dolts. The last guy I talked to "explained" our agreement and then couldn't do anything but stammer and get his feelings hurt when I read the actual wording back to him. Proceeded to just obnoxiously repeat what he was saying multiple times in response to my questions.

Thanks for getting the stuff off of my report - you might want to try being a little less scammy in your billing practices.
