With all the bad reviews.... I was highly impressed. Great cozy room with Jacuzzi and flat screen, comfy bed, cable and wifi. Hooked up my ps4 and laptop. Here with the wife. Looking foward to an awesome night. Henny chilling in the freezer too.
The hotel is ok, the rooms are fine BUT the person in the recepcion, all of them are disagreeable!!!.. they don't have common sense!...

It's conveniently situated in the heart of Queens. The rooms are well kept but there is limited parking.
If I could leave 1.5, I would. Bare bones "hotel" with stained bedding, dirty toilet and plaster peeling off the walls, not to mention the disconnected smoke detector

We asked for a non-smoking room but was offered with a smoking room and the refund for the room was refused too.
Bare bones hotel. No amenities. Just a bed, shower and TV. Free wifi. Good for overnight stay due to airline delay

This was a very seedy hotel. The blankets on the bed had cigarette burn holes and dried crusty stuff on them. The room was dingy, dark and smelled weird. The carpet was disgusting and there was very little room to walk in. I could not sleep due to all the noise outside the hotel. In addition, what I was told over the phone from the hotel they would not honor when I checked out.
Indian Guy at night time is very rude and mean should have more friendly staff please Not That Bad of hotel for the price but staff can atleast have a little more humanity
The customer service here is the worse,I called since night to get the price for the rooms,the man that answered the phone answered the phone like it s personally phone and I was calling him to ask him a Favour,I asked him for the price he didn t answered I repeated myself he hanged up in my ears,when I called back he put me on hold for 20 minutes until now he hadn t called me back to tell me the price!!!!!!disgusting!if u don t like ur job don t freaking do it
Lemme say I was extremely tired when I got here so I went straight to sleep! Got up n there was no wash cloth so I called room service. Couldn t understand what the guy said so I went there. Would you believe the guy told me due to COVID they don t hand out wash cloths anymore???? Now when I came back to the room... the pics says it all...

Horrible . Cleaning people don t clean & rooms are trash . The rate should be 50 -80 a night .. not .$100-120
1. There was a roach in our room
2. Ice tray dirty with black stuff on it
3. No breakfast
4. People loud in the hallways, sounds like people are literally fighting
5. Doors slamming late at night

i understand the maybe the rooms in new York are small but this was so small there where almost no space to walk no only that the cups where dirty ice machine not working water damage to the ceiling was showing bathroom mildew and pee smell no remote dirty floors and mirrors i end up there because the usual hotel i use all the time was book never again
Rooms are full of bugs-brown recluse spiders(they excuse because woods nearby), coffee maker broke, ash trays in non smoking rooms???, advertised a jacuzzi on the website but come to find out no rooms have any least bit, pillow covers are pillow shams, cig burns on toilet seats- and this is for a $140 night room. Do not waste your money here, too many other good hotels that are worth the money!!! 6/14/2018

The worst hotel ever. never ever fall by the pictures on the website. Not fit to give atleast 1 star rating. It may be worth for 10$ not for anything above that cost. Stinking, low quality.
Hotel receptionist is very unprofessional and unenthusiastic about his job does not want to help you at all. Most furniture in the rooms are broken. Worst service ever. Do not reccomend staying here !
STAY FAR AWAY!! This is the most disgusting hotel I ve ever stayed at! Website promises a free breakfast and when you get there they tell you the hotel is under renovation. Rooms are dirty and unkept. Didn t even have plastic cups in the bathroom. Took someone 10 minutes to find where the cups were to give it to us. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else and staff said it s non-refundable and they weren t going to argue back and forth. Rude staff and awful hotel. Save yourself the headache!

States on the website Complimentary Breakfast. Lady at the front desk says they haven't served breakfast in over 2 years. At least I haven't seen roaches. Elevator is dirty. Water in the shower is Luke warm but the water in the sink gets very hot. Linens had a few stains.
I have so many reasons why I am not giving this disgusting hotel no stars the rooms are very dirty so as the bathroom no towels nor wifi no breakfast like they mentioned on the website it s way too overpriced I would not recommend this hotel it s very disgusting for families with kids especially

Horrible. My mom had to call the police because there was an individual who was very irate and combative. The individual broke the window in the hotel hallway, and they haven't served breakfast in over a year. Never again will I go there.
The place is not well maintained. Not very clean and has minimal facilities. Expensive for the facilities provided. No restaurant. Prior to the booking, the owner had promised 2 hour early check-in but backed out after booking. Thanks to the front desk guy, could check-in 30 mins early.

The Nastiest I have ever been , I FOUND A BLOOD IN THE BED SHEETS and I found someone's I'D card left inside the bed sheet.

Half shelter ... house keepers should do a better job cleaning and what not. Food sucks and half of the staff members are rude and lazy
Cockroaches in room, staff was offputting and not helpful, no breakfast despite internet saying there was, broken furniture, dirty sheets, key card stopped working every day and we had to get a new ones, had to ask for a TV remote, fridge smelled like fish, can hear people screaming all night through the walls (both inside and outside the hotel), we had to ask to have our ac/heat unit to be turned on, and much more. Save yourself the headache and stay at the Best Western Jamaica Inn just down the street.

The room was clean and so was the bed. Although, one of the least comfortable hotel beds I have had. But the pictures online make this place out to be better than it is. Rough neighborhood, noisey guests, the staff is rigid, rude, and trys to get people to pay with cash. There is no breakfast or even a vending machine with snacks. Left 2 hours before check out. By far the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

This was a nice hotel. Has some decent parking. I was just traveling and really tired looking for a plane to sleep and rest. Only had about 5 hours to rest. I can't believe I was charged $100 for that. I think their rates are way too high, even for NY.
You get what you pay for. Smells like weed from the time you walk in. Very few of those advertised parking spots. Mop bucket in the elevator. Couldn t control air conditioner so I had to make sure to bundle up for the night. Front desk clerk was cool.

A bit disappointing. There's construction going on in one of floors. Vending machines usually out of stock. The drawers in our room would creep out to an open state -- very easy to hurt yourself at night when one of these magically open up. I guess the furniture was old, and not well maintained. 2 stars because it's still relatively cheap.
Great hotel, good location, I would definitely stay there again.
Lame, noisy, no lampshade and overall poor lighting. If you just want a cheap room in a lousy part of town, this is it.
I can never refer this hotel to my enemy not to talk of a friend. If there is an option of "0" star, I would have rate it. Firstly, their customer service was so bad, the room was so dirty that you would ask yourself if this is an hotel or chalet. They recycle towels for their guest, so I will advice you go with your own personal stuff if this hotel has to be your only option. I think sleeping in the car would be better than wasting your hard earned money in this hotel. They said free guest parking but they only have seven parking spots for an hotel with minimum of 15 rooms and you have to deal with driving around the neighborhood to find somewhere to park.

You get what you pay for. There is limited parking, place was disgusting. There were stains all over the walls on the elevator, the windows were open when I came into the room, the lobby smelled of a low quality weed including the rooms, the towels we're filthy, and there are a lot of fire hazards that could happen if not looked at. The cabinets were crooked and damaged, and there was a real bad odor at the stairs.

Pretty good for the money that you pay. Clean enough, comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Subway 3 blocks away, 40 minutes to Manhattan. Small free parking in the back. Modest breakfast. 10-15 minutes from JFK.
