Level3 used to be good. Then bought CenturyLink. Now they're horrible. Circuits go down all the time - and I don't mean cheap DSL, I mean, 10 Gigabit Wave services. Sometimes for days at a time. Their 911 service - you know, how people call emergency services - has gone down at least 4 times in Eagle County, for extended periods. And now, when your circuits go out of contract, they will increase their price - by 10 TIMES. Yes, 1000%. You heard me right. These people suck so bad, and, are trying to paper over how many subscribers are leaving their service, by increasing prices massively.
I absolutely loved working here. The people were amazing and the knowledge I gained was invaluable. I wish they still existed. Farewell L3
