Purchase a bike recently. Very satisfied with the welcome and especially the expertise of the advisor who received me!

We went on purpose to this store for advice on running shoes, but I think we came across a seller who was maybe not in his good day, because we had the feeling not to interest him and he did the bare minimum in terms of advice (and again ...). Too bad because I think it is an isolated case, but in the end we remain on this bad impression & we came out very disappointed ...

I had the feeling of being accompanied and very well advised during my three visits to Lepape.
The last two were to buy shoes. Each time the seller offered me several models that corresponded to the target activity (Fractional or longer outings) but also to my weight. The choice was systematically justified by explaining what the model had more suited for my morphology compared to the competition. When I evoked other models he was always able to give me their main characteristics, the target population / activity and tell me why he thought they were worse for me.

I tried to trap him by asking his opinion on my current shoes and he gave me all their qualities and their defects, which corresponded exactly to my feeling after 650km.

Concerning the accessories, I was advised against some superfluous things by proposing me more practical alternatives (gourds and gels), always justified by the experiment and which proved to be effective on the ground.

I will come back whenever I have a question about Running and to buy all the equipment I need.

They do not know how to make tubeless fixtures ... Dummies.
I asked for a tubeless mount (which cost more than 100 with tire). At the end of my first outing, my rear tire is flat (without puncture), so I go back so they do it again. They say they have redone the assembly, but rebelotte the two tires are deflated after 20 terminals ... A buddy removing the tires tells me that the tubeless assembly was done with tear. I bought the equipment to ride tubeless. He has installed me and since no problem.

Superb shop Lepape with the latest collection true to themselves I recommend their running shoes and their line of fitness clothing.

I went to the store to buy a helmet. I got very little advice from the salesperson who didn't know where to go with the different models. However, he was quick to go and advise other clients who looked older and in suits.

It therefore seems that the average customer is not taken into consideration but only those who appear to be heavy consumers. So I tried two or three helmets on my own and went to buy a Kask Mojito helmet at another store where the salespeople don't judge you by the look and size of your wallet. It's a shame because I was in their target.

I strongly advise against this shop, except if you are 50 years old and looking like a financier. You will only be well received on this condition.

I had to buy the product because I needed it but I seemed to disturb the seller while I was empty store, limit insulting. No advice or rather "buy and bar you". Go your way.
