What happened to my beloved Leota? It used to be my go-to for nice, but not too nice, dresses. Over the past couple of years the brand has turned its focus to tops and bottoms, with mixed results. The taste level of the prints has definitely come down hill, and they've made their return policy less custom-friendly.

Speaking of which, let's discuss their customer service reps. When I called for assistance on a return, I was met with one of the most condescending and snarky customer service reps I have ever encountered. Not cool. I own half a dozen Leota dresses and several cardigans, so I'll let readers do the math on how much money I have spent there over the years. More than I'd like to admit, and certainly a lot to be treated so poorly. I am deliberately shopping there with way less frequency after that last experience. I prefer to give my money to companies that treat their customers like humans.

I purchased a dress from Leota, as lovely as it was it didn t work for me so I returned it. Somehow the package got lost in the mail, they never received it and it was never returned to me. The customer service was excellent! They refunded my cost, I was surprised by this and very appreciative of the gesture.

Just discovered this brand. Love their dresses! They're perfect for my on the go lifestyle. Looks great and pulled together yet easy for me to transition to playing with the kids, then back into another meeting. Plus, I can throw it in the machine!

Warming! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I bought a jumper direct from the Leota website because I am trying to support local business durning covid. I would have usually gone through a third party like Nordstrom or Rue la la. NEVER AGAIN. The jumper was huge so I shipped it back within 10 days to get a refund, as they did not have a smaller size. This company does not answer their phone, it took over a week to respond to my emails, of which they said they were not going to refund me. I shipped back the jumper and they stole over a hundred dollars from me. I used the return shipping slip they included in the box and they replied with a picture of some mans feet and brochure for a thrift shop.This is crazy to me. They have zero to no customer service and frankly that email was scary. It was some mans socks that don't even match... what is going on here?
