I took my mother here because after her first visit she came home in tears to the point of shaking! So i decided to go with her. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! WHEN I FIRST PULLED UP HIS PATIENTS WERE LITERALLY DRINKING BEER! BAREFOOT,STRUNG OUT. THIS PLACE IS A CRACKHOUSE. I HAD A LADY APPROACH ME OFFERING ME PILLS IF I COULD DRIVE HER HOME.UM NO I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. PEOPLE LAYING ON THE FLOOR DISCUSSING THEIR MEDICATIONS!!! WELL THEN WE FINALLY GET TO THE DOCTOR. HE WAS SO RUDE! MY MOTHER TOLD HIM THE BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE WAS TOO HIGH OF A DOSAGE. HE TOLD HER TO GWT OVER IT AND ADJUST!!! THEN COME TO FIND OUT HE UPPED HER AGAIN!!! I THEN STEPPED IN AND TOLD HIM MY MOTHER WAS A PERSON AND NOT TO SPEAK TO HER LIKE THAT AND HE TOLD ME TO SHUT UP!! HE IS VICIOUS. MY MOTHER ORIGINAL DOCTOR HAD SWITCHED TO HEALTH FIRST SO SHE COULDN'T GO THERE ANYMORE. HE DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE MEDICATION THE DOCTOR OF 5 YEARA HAD BEEN GIVING. THROWING HER IN IMMENSE PAIN,DIZZINESS, TO THE POINT SHE WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL!!!! HOW DOES THIS MAN HAVE A LICENCE??? I REPORTED HIM IMMEDIATELY DO NOT GO HERE! UNLESS YOU CRAZY DRUGS LOOKING FOR A FIX!! IF YOU WANT A COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WHO TRULY CARES STAY AWAY , YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If i could give NO STAR!! You need to be shut down and have your license taken away. Who in the world tosses tons of medical records into a dump for the world to see?? That is a major violation. Now you have patients that need to worry about their personal information being out there to god knows who. Makes people wonder what else you and your office is doing illegally. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTORS OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE IN THE OPEN. SHAME ON YOU!!

Very caring Doctor and staff!! Not a pill mill by any means!! The Doctor even took me off some meds he felt I shouldn't be taking anymore!! Wonderful experience!! Super happy I choose him for my PCP!!

Dr Cohen's care for his patients is the highest standards I have ever encountered...He makes sure he finds what is causing your symptoms and finds a solution that fits you, personally. I have been a patient for over 4 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my health but him and Nancy.

Horrible clinic. Staff is very rude and a lot of shouting and very inconsiderate. I ve been going there for a few months now and whenever I have an appointment and go there they never take me in at the scheduled time, they take me in 1-2hours later while other people come in after me and end up leaving within an hour of arrival. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend that place at all.

Dr. Cohen is a caring doctor and listens to my medical concerns. The office staff is great! So friendly and hard working.

If there was a negative number I would put -10 rudest staff I have ever encountered. Very ignorant. Will never go back especially if that nasty cna still works there. Now that Nancy is no longer working there it's my final decision.

Worst Dr I ve ever been to, app was at 1pm didn t get seen till 6pm. Then they took my blood never called back. Recently called to pull records and said I had never been as a patient. Maybe my records are at the dump.

He definitely over books patience and his wait time's really suck!!! Very unhappy with this office.

This doctors office just takes loads of medical records to the dump with patients names addresses birthrates and sock security numbers to just let anyone look at them and blow in the wind. They need to use a shredding service immediately !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BIG CHANCE OF IDENTITY THEFT!!!

The ENTIRE office staff is very kind, hard working, and patient! Which is the least I can say of the patients who visit their office. This is ONLY one of very very few that accept Medicaid so therefore there is a considerable wait time.
**What would speed things along would be for the patients to first off get there on time, leave there misbehaving children with a sitter, be inside the building when their name is called and not sleeping in their car or anywhere else wandering the property, and have the necessary documents ready. These were just a few things I noticed during my wait time. I did wait longer than most other offices however the staff had to deal with very needy and unprepared people ALL day.

I had an appt. at 11am got called back at about 2pm, had my blood drawn, then saw Dr Cohen at 430pm. I went in to get a referral to an allergy doctor and an oral surgeon for TMJ. The doctor told me he couldn't write any referrals without proof but he didn't even bother to see if it was treatable or if he could do anything for me. I was told to come back in after lab results to see him so he can verify if my condition exists.

Forget the quality of care. How can an office be 3.5hrs behind when the actual time given to a patient is less than 10minutes. (That's about 8 minutes with the nurse and 2 minutes with the doctor)

I'm generally not upset about little inconveniences but this is probably the worst medical treatment I've ever experienced!

I went to my first appointment today. All the staff I encountered today were amazingly friendly and very professional. I seen the nurse practitioner Genie and it was the most thorough exam I've ever had since being a kid. I was only in there about an hour and a half and thats only because I was a new patient, so I had to fill out paperwork, blood work, urine analysis, and an EKG. I'm extremely happy that I finally found an amazing primary care doctor.

Long wait times however he is a great doctor with a lot of knowledge. He has done a lot for me.

I may be a new pt here but I ve had 3 visits so I do believe that I know what I m talking about. Any pt, no matter what you are there for, no matter how early you get there, you will wait in the lobby for 2 to 4hrs for your appt. You will watch people that came in hours after you be taken in only an hour after they ve arrived.
Even after you finally get to an exam room, you will still wait at least another hour just to talk to the dr for about 15 mins.

This is truly one of the worst doctors I've had the displeasure of seeing. He is extremely rude, uncaring, arrogant, and will yell at you if you ask questions. He puts you on medications you don't need and won't prescribe the ones you do. If you ask anything about the meds he will scream at you that "HE IS YOUR DOCTOR YOU TAKE WHAT HE GIVES YOU!!" I have no idea how he is able to practice. Absolutely disgusting man.

FABULOUS DR THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE AND THE STAFF ARE SUPER GOOD FOLKS.... I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE... AND I ESPECIALLY REALLY LOVE THE LADY OF THE PLACE... NANCY!!!! SHE IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LADY, CARING FRIEND AND MOTHER... UR THE BEST HONEY BUN!!!

Only giving 1 star because the option to give zero doesn't exist. PILL MILL PILL MILL PILL MILL. If you're addicted to pills and are looking for someone to feed your addiction, go here. If you are seeking medical attention for anything, go somewhere else. I went for a pretty bad sprained ankle and they didn't even have wrap to wrap it up with. My appointment was at 130 and I didn't get seen till 330 and didn't leave till 430. I'd rather pay an arm and a leg somewhere out of network than ever go here again. Worst excuse for medical practice that I've ever seen

The Nurse Practitioner was very competent, thorough, professional, spent the time needed to cover my health history and status in a deliberate manner, missing nothing, prescribing Rx knowledgeably. A good rapport. I left thinking how did I get so lucky to find medical care as I was given. Unbelievably intelligent and knowledgeable in my perspective.

Dr. Cohen is a competent and caring physician , his staff are very professional and must have the collective patience of Job to deal with the obnoxious and spoiled American mindset

We waited for three hours to be told that the paperwork we needed signed .he wouldn't sign but if you are there for narcotics he will happily write those for anyone. We will never go back

I just went in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk was absolutely the worst woman you could have sitting there working with patients. She not only rolled her eyes at me multiple times without any care or concern but she gave an elderly lady the dirtiest look I have ever seen anyone in customer service give. I cannot even begin to understand how a professional doctor would allow someone like her to sit at the front desk! When I called a month ago to set an appointment I gave them my insurance information, they never advised I had to change my primary with the insurance company and get a reference # so after waiting for a month for my appointment this is what I am told I need to do before they can confirm my appointment is covered. She did nothing to offer any assistance in calling the insurance company for me as other doctors have as a kindness and courtesy of the patient! I decided to walk out and find a better doctor who actually has people that work for him act like they care about the patients. The entire vibe and energy in the waiting room was TERRIBLE!! I would not recommend anyone going here if they want people to provide and service them with care and concern and genuine customer service!! Hands down worse doctors office I ve ever walked into!! Oh and the office was dirty and smelt like it hasn t been cleaned in God knows how long!! I truly believe everything happens for a reason and I ll wait another month to find a doctor with a cleaner environment and better customer service to their patients who don t roll their eyes and act like they just don t care about you! Terrible women behind that desk- the doctor should be embarrassed!!!

Didn't get anything for the reason there! Filthy office!! Rude employees! Who the hell runs a business like this? Felt like I was in a third world country!!! Don't waste your time with this office!! There are plenty of others!!!

This is a really terrible place.My son appointment was at 10:00.He is suffering from bad headaches and body pain and have not been seen yet and its 12:30

I ve used Dr. Cohen on and off since I was a child. He knows about my preexisting condition and does not prescribe me the drugs most doctors will to get paid. They also take care of all your needs, lungs, heart, stomach, gyno. They have the equipment without referring you. Dr. Cohen cares about my health even when I don t. Like with my weight. He sees it a problem and does anything to help. You can tell he is passionate about his practice. He is 77 years old and still going strong. God bless him. I also wants to thank him for taking on the hard cases such as one without insurance.
