This place is amazing. Im going to try everything they have.

They have some cool stuff but the service is not good

Their burritos are delicious and so are the empanadas. Tamales could have been better. I had a small chunk of chicken with barely any meat.

We ordered lunch from here for pickup, we got the combination plate which consist of beef, beans, pork, pork carnitas, rice and salads also tortillas (2). The food was Delicious the only thing was the presentation. For the future you guys should wrap the tortillas together, pack salads on the side not with the hot food. Make sure utensils are in the bag. Meat was well seasoned!! Great food!! Will be ordering again.

You pay as much for 2 tacos as you would to sit down at a restaurant a few doors down. This is a hot line in the back of a convenient store. STAY AWAY..

This place is a hidden gem. It looks like just a grocery store from the front, but there's an excellent hot bar in the back. Best burrito on the island!

Real Mexican food at the back counter! Not Tex mex, not seafood/ Mexican, but for real Mexican food. I almost cried I was so happy after looking for weeks. No seating, but good price.

Place is wildly under appreciated. Probably learn a little Spanish before you show up to buy your amazing tacos or try to find where they put the authentic salsa. But still a great place. Diez out of Diez.

I came to this local market with my friend. They picked up some drinks and I was trying my luck at the lottery. The staff was very friendly. The store had a small takeout option in the back and they also sold fresh produce. We had dinner prior to coming to the market otherwise I would have gotten a few things. The menu was extensive and very affordably priced. I will definitely come to try some food and to feed my lottery addiction.

I went to Leo's for a burrito about a month ago and now go there weekly. They do a great job keeping the food authentic. Had their soup/sancocho today and it is one of the best I've ever had (even better than my grandmother's, just dont tell her). Will definitely keep going back and highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Latin food.

Best Mexican food I've had in Newport. No real place to sit but the tacos are legit. I got a chicken, beef, and carnitas taco. Onions, cilantro, she salsa Verde on top. I will be back

Grabbing some tacos quick. Chicken was a little dry this time around otherwise my meals have always been pretty good. Fair price, good portions. It's a great little market too!

Aside from groceries you can't get at stop and shop, the back counter makes fresh food like chimichangas! Tastes great too

Go to the back of this market and ask for something off the menu. Burritos, chimichangas and quesadilla's are all under $7. Bring cash.

My pork tamale was swimming in greasy water from the steam table tray, the pork inside was dry and flavorless, and the masa wasn't that great either. I was also overcharged; bought two tamales for supposedly $3.25 apiece and was charged $10.43. Not going back!

3 out of 3 times they messed up my husbands order and I m sorry but 17 dollars for soup and rice ??? because they can only get half your order in the bag !!!

I enjoy their fare , it's all freshly prepared and quite good , and staff is friendly.

I just happened to be driving by Leo's Market.....My experience wasn't to good....The food was decent...But like Keith Peasent said," in his review, it was way priced too "high"...The listed price on the board is very reasonable ....But they charge a different price when you ask verbally, if it's not listed on the board....So this was my experience, they verbally made up the prices as they go..Meaning if you ask for a combo in which usually consist of, beans & rice to go with your tacos or burritos in most places are considered a combo meal.....in which I did ask, what a combo would cost before I ordered, they gave me the price I said,"ok.....But when they got done they charged us some outrageous amount of money. Even charged extra for the sauce, I ask for to go with my meal...They put a couple of squirts in a very, very small carry out sauce container, & they thought I was gonna pay a $1.00 for probably a half of a teaspoon of sauce.....It's very sad they have a sign on there counter saying Bless Our Kitchen..So for there sake I do hope there business is blessed....But remember WHEN YOU DO PEOPLE WRONG IT CAN, COME BACK AROUND TO PAY YOU BACK!! Good luck people to your business if this is how you treat your Customers !!

Great convenient store/market/deli counter/Mexican prepared cousine/whatever you need place cheap and friendly!!

Food and store are good! But the owners are a set of jerks!!! They don t give a dame about their word, they take advantage of you, and lying is normal from them! Stay away from them, because you will regret getting to know them!!!

Leos market is great. Love the prepared foods and the selection of ethnic ingredients. They are also priced very competitively for a market of their size.

This is the ONLY place in Newport that you can get genuine homemade style Mexican food... And it is on point. Tamales, tacos, pupusas, this is where it's at. Don't let the appearance fool you, and don't think your too good for it either or you will miss out on a hidden gem.

Terrible service! We put our order in and probably 5 people who came after us got their food made before they even started working on ours. My chicken salad was a joke and the cherry on top was the burnt black chicken.

Good authentic food. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful service. All this on Thanksgiving day too!
