Poor quality. Refuses to own their mistakes. Absolutely pathetic.

Stellar company. Lennar homes are built with the best craftsmanship. The customer service is AMAZING! I would reccomend this builder for your new home purchase.

There are several things in design of nearly every floor plan that don't make any sense. The house was thrown together quickly and poor workmanship. Some of the touch ups and repairs did not get fixed from walk through. They've made it such an arduous process to get things fixed and sometimes the repair is almost as bad as the touch up. William has tried to help but Lennar and their contractors treat women with little respect and are not willing to work around scheduling issues. I'm having to have the flooring (not carpet) completely redone......in a brand new construction home. It's extremely disappointing.

Home has a plethora of design flaws, mortgage company is a mess and title isn t any better. Would never recommend using Lennar to build your home.

Great location with more than enough parking and a one stop shop for all your Lennar home needs, the new home design center title company and loan office in onw building it doesnt get much better than that.

I bought a new Lennar home less than a year ago. I read the horrible online reviews and I should have known better. The workmanship is shoddy, at best. The treehouse I built myself as a pre-teen is of better quality. There is zero management by the construction crews, they do whatever they feel like and leave beer cans and garbage everywhere in my new neighborhood. The construction crews have destroyed multiple yards, broken a water main, hit my truck THAT WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY, and completely destroyed our community mailboxes. Lennar refuses to respond to any of this, and expects homeowners to pay to replace this. Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM LENNAR.

We've been waiting outside in the cold for over 20 minutes with our clients. There are about 5 other buyers all waiting to get inside the building aswell. Pretty shocking lack of care even with Covid.
