Lendlease Review

Big company, working environment worth its reputation, but seems the heavily rely on unpaid intern in their IT department to save cost is not a long term way to do business.

It seems to me like Lend Lease are happy to make some excellent coin whilst developing the bejeesus out of our town. Hows about spending a little of that money to move the crane which you have had blocking Wattle St for the better part of a week. I have emailed and called many times already but have not encountered anyone there who will a. take responsibility or b. Give me an ETA on when the wretched thing will be moved and our road re-opened. This is our town, not your private development you corporate ratbags.

Company representative came to our home early stinking of cigarette smoke. He was rude and crass and didn't introduce himself. He carried no Identification and told me he worked for Transnet. The whole operation has been a bungled mess by incompetent plonkers. Months have past and we are no closer to a resolution. Really poor.

Their leasing agent Sam Phu uninvitedly rang on a Sunday morning only to rudely abuse me. Avoid this crock.

Do not log the Appin NSW region on Monday. The community does not want a housing estate there

Amazingly designed offers with free barista coffee at every meeting. Love it!

Lend Lease has excellent site facilities and provided me with waterfront accommodation during my employment.

Lisa Tchouklova, Senior Project Manager at Lendlease, behaved in a disgusting manner to me. She let down her company and was an embarrassment to them, in my view. She was very rude, insulting and condescending in my dealings with her. Apparently she has only worked in Australia since 2017 and has probably left a history of problems behind her at the few jobs she has had (possibly the reason she never lasts long).

Apparently the qualification she stands by was obtained during her time in the Mumbai area of India, from 2013 to 2015, which is not that long ago considering she is now a so called Senior Project Manager.

She seems to be a very negative person who carries a very hostile and pessimistic attitude to wherever she goes.

Best site I've worked on. Great people. Safety is first priority.
