would never ever ever do another deal with this company. Bait and switch on the interest-rate. Sent in the mortgage payments never received tried to default us. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. If you can t afford to do it through traditional bank do not buy the house ..

Hands down best hard money lender I've worked with. Best origination fees and easiest application process. They leverage technology to streamline the application process to be similar to the rest of our tech centered lives. It's left me wondering why this hasn't been done before given how much money is involved in RE lending. Finally a lending solution that lines up with the rest of my digital life.

I work in the mortgage industry and understand how frustrating the process can be especially when dealing with 3rd parties. I was more than impressed with Richard's calm approach to the process. He had a clear understanding of what needed to be done. If I ever had a question, it was rare that it lingered for more than 30 minutes. I would avoid working with this company if you are looking for good communication and a prompt closing. You might be able to save a few bucks on the interest rates... but is it worth potentially losing the deal over? They take 3+ days to respond to every request so be prepared for a delayed closing and frustration all around. I would avoid at all costs.

Would never ever, ever do business with again. Draws are always short, they have drawn out the project with what I can only guess is a way to make more interest and rates are a ridiculous bait and switch. I am considering legal action. STEAR CLEAR AND FAST!!!

Best Auto rate in state (1.49%). Swift processing. However, deposit account so don't earn very much (I get 2.00% at another credit union).

Horrible. I referred one of my buyers to these guys. The broker was a complete joke. He didn't communicate with ANYONE..... Not even the Borrower !!!!
I'm sure these guys are OK..... they just had a joke of a broker working on this

I contacted Lending Home to buy our first home about a month ago. My contact there was Richard Helali. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that, he got me a great rate. At the end. I decided not to buy a home for different reasons, but when I'm ready, I will definitely call Richard and Lending Home again.

I purchased a property that I had two weeks to close. I applied, got approved as a borrower and had the property approved in lightning fast speed. I was skeptical as I thought it was too good to be true all the way til the end, but if funded and closed on time jut like they said they would be able to do. Every person that I dealt with in the different departments were amazingly helpful, professional and efficient. The whole process is extremely user friendly and streamlined batter than any other program that I have used in the past. I have bought over 2000 houses over the last 30 years and this is by far the easiest and quickest line of credit/loan that I have ever put together. I am looking forward to having many more deals with the same service and speed in the future.

P.S. I never write reviews for anything. I was just so pleased that I felt an obligation to share my experience.

Horrible experience. THEY MADE US PAY EXTENSION FEE AFTER EXTENSION FEE without never receiving 1 draw from them to continue our work. Never had one consistent person on our file. It was a circus run around which caused major issues & stress. I would definitely stay away from them.

I used Lending Home for my home mortagage and I highly recommend. I was nervous after reading some reviews online but after speaking to Gabe, I was reassured. He was SO competent and helpful without trying to sell me or be pushy.

The process was seamless, they closed my home in a very short time frame (as I had changed lenders for a better rate). They got me .25% lower rate then 6 other lenders quoted me.

The online portal is a breeze and very user friendly to check in and see where your documents are at. It also has published interest rates online based on your credit score and down payment.

April was phenomenal as well and in constant communication with me daily.

Gabe & April are the definition of outstanding customer service, I wish more businesses operated this way.

Lendinghome was able to fund my flip project quickly and with reasonable rates. I like the online dashboard used by Lendinghome whereby I am able to upload all required loan documents. I will definitely use Lendinghome again for funding my next flip.
