I had a very average experience with Lenders Title Solutions. The customer service was satisfactory and the process was smooth, but nothing exceptional. I would consider using them again if needed.

They COMPLETELY screwed up their numbers on my refinancing. After trying to correct it they messed it up again, not only did they not return my calls, when I finally got a hold of someone they were extremely rude to me. After trying to fix it for the third time they did it wrong AGAIN! They get paid so much money for these and cannot seem to do it correctly. The worst part was the way they treated me. I cannot believe the nerve after they made the mistakes!

Notaries beware of LTS. I completed an order roughly 90 days ago and still haven't received payment. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls, but they do not return the calls. If you like waiting over 90 days to get paid then this company is for you.
If not, then do anything you can to avoid them.
