They COMPLETELY screwed up their numbers on my refinancing. After trying to correct it they messed it up again, not only did they not return my calls, when I finally got a hold of someone they were extremely rude to me. After trying to fix it for the third time they did it wrong AGAIN! They get paid so much money for these and cannot seem to do it correctly. The worst part was the way they treated me. I cannot believe the nerve after they made the mistakes!
