My car buying experience was great. I go to the Honda service center to service my new Honda Fit and let me tell you about that. The service center is great! I make an appointment and I have never had to wait longer than 45 minutes. They have drinks, a TV, and computer stations for you as you wait for you car. I would recommend this Honda to all of my friends and family.

The service was fantastic by Maddy and the rest of the staff. Maddy took ample time to show us the cars and to let me drive them. He showed me all the features too and tried to get us the best deal possible which we appreciated a lot. He was friendly and also gave us good tips on the area! I would recommend him for sure!

First off, I am posting off my husbands account. This past Saturday (5/23) my mother and I went shopping for her a new car and we ended up at Leith Honda in Raleigh. We had been to a few dealers that day and knew exactly what she wanted. We had been pre-approved by our bank for a set amount and just needed to find the perfect fit. Merry (I don t remember her last name but sits at the closest desk to the information station) immediately approached us once we got out of our car. She was so kind and understanding to our needs! We arrived at probably 4 PM and they closed at 7 PM that evening. By 5:30 PM we were at Merry s desk with a car in mind (a used Honda CRV). My mother was calling various insurance companies for quotes due to her cutting off her previous insurance when she lost her last car. In the midst of this she was also doing all the paperwork she could to speed up the process. This took a while but by 6:30 we were approached by Paul (I didn t get his last name), the service manager. While my mother is on the phone with he new insurance company he begins to ask us why we chose to finance with our bank. I ve bought 3 cars over the last 2 years, 2 from other Honda dealerships, and I know this is USUALLY just a conversation to talk about financing through the dealership. No biggie. I tell him, because again my mom was ON THE PHONE finalizing her insurance, that we have been with our bank for years and have multiple cars through them so I choose to use them. He then gets nasty telling us that he worked with our bank today and it took 3 hours to process a loan. I explained we had gotten pre-approved the day before to speed up the process and I have never sat on the phone with my bank for 3 hours for a phone call. He then proceeds to tell us that it s almost closing time (again, 6:30) and it s best we come back tomorrow. I tell him we don t live close by (55 minutes away) and ask if they give the option to take the bill of sale to our bank and let us drive away today with the car and we process everything on Tuesday (it was Memorial Day weekend). He says they don t do that and nobody ever allows this. I tell him that I actually got the idea from when I bought my car from Honda Wilson and they did this EXACT thing. My mom, then very frustrated, tells him that she is almost done and he walks away. Never apologizes, just rolled his eyes and left. I then here him joking with others in the back about how fustrated my mother became. This was absolutely absurd that we even had to deal with something like this!!! There were 3 other groups STILL in process around us and he SINGLED us out. Maybe we didn t look like we could get a loan or because we were 2 women he thought he could say these things to us. I am not sure the reason but again, I have been to other Honda dealerships around the triangle and other dealerships for that matter and have NEVER dealt with what I did here with Paul. I worked with one dealership who stayed until almost midnight with me once to help me get my car a few years back! If they didn t need the sale or want our money we could have gladly went elsewhere. I advised Merry that we stayed strictly because of the hard work she did!!! She worked hard to please us and if we would have left she would have lost that hard work all over a sales manager with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you can go to Wilson Honda I would recommend doing so! I have always been treated with respect there atleast. -Olivia

I brought my Honda for service on Wednesday, the technician drove my car and crashed it. The service manager and the technician wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I stayed there between 10am and 3 pm. Nothing got resolved, they gave me a wrong insurance policy. The service manager is rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I called the service director he never called me back since Wednesday. I reported this horrible nightmare to the news, newspaper and the BBB. The technician was drunk. Do not take your car for service to Honda and do not buy a car from Honda because this drunk technician run with my car in to a lady that just purchased a brand new Honda. What a experience. Everyone is rude at Leith Honda from a technician to a director.

My second purchase from Leith Honda and Nahru WIlliams. Nahru is the best in the Business! No hanging around the dealership. I was able to send him items through email and when I got there, I only had maybe 30 min of work to be done. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because when it got to the Finance part I had some issues for the second time with the Business manager (same one as before).... But I would buy there again in a heartbeat. I would just request not to have that business manager LOL Love Leith Honda of Raleigh!

My husband and I went into Leith Honda expecting the typical pushy salesperson but were so happily surprised when we were greeted by Rock Ndeke. He was very honest with us about how to make the most of our money and what he felt would give us the dependability and fuel efficiency we needed. He gave us plenty of time and opportunity to discuss our decision with him and on our own. He answered our million questions and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We got an amazing car for an amazing deal! Thanks Rock!

Just purchased a brand new '19 HRV, this is my third vehicle from Leith Honda. If you need a good sales person then ask for Bo. He is very Knowledgeable and informative. I needed him to help me out and he was able to get what I asked for. Every thing worked out perfectly. I like that he is very honest, straight to the point and don't play a lot of games. If he is not sure of something he will find the answer for you instead of making stuff up. So if you go to Leith Honda, ask for Bo. I highly recommend him.

When I went in to buy my car I expected to leave the dealership empty handed. My sales man Moe and Jacky from financing made sure that would not happen. Moe made sure I got the exact car I wanted and Jacky was able to get me the interests rate I was going for ! For being my first time buying a brand new car, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Leith Honda. In December it will be a year since I have had my car and every free oil change I've gone to get has gone smooth and I never wait more time than I should! Best of all they have a place for kids with toys and a tv where my 2 year old son loves to play and doesn't drive me crazy while I wait. He's happy, I am happy, it's great!

Went in with a coupon for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation I had an appointment and it still took over 2 hours to complete then I was charge an additional amount because each service was rang up separately which led to higher taxes. I attempted to have cashier explain the additional cost and she called the manager as if I was an irate customer. I feel like the coupon was clear on the charges however lieth honda was not clear as it relates to service codes it looks as if I was charged separately for something of which was very misleading there are other places to get an oil change in Raleigh however I went because I had an opportunity to save some money with the coupon or so I thought.

After inquiring about trading in my 2012 Honda Civic, we were greeted by John Seinar. He was very friendly and answered our questions openly and honestly. He had extensive knowledge about Honda's vehicles, specifically the Accord I wanted to purchase. He was extremely patient and worked hard on finding us the best deal possible. I love my new 2015 Honda Accord! It's in the exact color (interior/exterior) that I wanted. I'm very grateful for our experience at Leith Honda. John S. was awesome! Thanks again!

It has taken two weeks to fix my tire, I went on the Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving and the only thing they did was to put air in all my tires. This morning they fixed it, found out it was a nail in the tire, sometimes an appointment is not necessary.

Marvin is easy to work with, listens to needs & wants and strives to deliver on those. He does his best to make the process not take so long. He has already called to thank us for getting the car.I know if I have any issues or questions I can always pick up the phone and Marvin will answer or point me in the right direction, if he can't. I am looking forward to driving my New 2018 Accord!

A malfunctioning $10 electronic sensor left my wife broken down on the Interstate. I asked the towing company to take it to Leith Honda where Michael Rausch met a disorganized towing company (after normal hours by the way) to transfer my car for service. After an initial diagnostics the next morning, the car started up and technician found no problems (just my luck). Mike took it upon himself to check it out further, and he was able to recreate the problem. He called me promptly that morning to tell me they found the problem and it was being fixed. I also had some routine maintenance done at a very fair price and Mike got the car back to me in time to pick up the kids. Fast and friendly service and quality work. I ll be taking the car back to Mike at Leith Honda for all my service going forward.

My husband and I have leased 3 vehicles from Leith Honda over the past several years and have always been very happy. We visited the showroom in August and explained that our lease still had 3 months remaining, but that we were well over our allotted miles, so wanted to return our Odyssey early and lease a new CRV. We asked the sales manager, Paul Harris, how much we would owe (as a penalty) on the mile overages for the Odyssey. He replied, Don t worry about that. Then we asked AGAIN during CRV negotiations how much we owed for the mileage overages, and he replied, Nothing. We aren t going to charge you for that. We negotiated final financials, signed some paperwork, and exchanged our Odyssey for a CRV a month later.

We subsequently received a bill for $3634.20 for excess mileage on the Odyssey, despite TWO assurances from Mr. Harris that there would be no penalty charges for the excess miles. We went in fully expecting to pay an excess mileage fee, and we made sure we asked about it up front so we could make an informed financial decision. To be told we wouldn t have to pay it, then be billed for it later, was very unsettling. All follow up calls and emails have been outright dismissed. They are claiming they would never have said that. But he did.

Unfortunately, Leith Honda has lost our trust. We love Hondas; they are great cars. However, we wouldn t send our friends and family to this dealership, despite the convenient location. If you go and are made promises, get them recorded or in writing. We regret not doing so.

Working with Monique was a great service experience. I got the timing belt replacement package service for my 2004 Honda Odyssey. I scheduled my appointment & it was completed on time and for the agreed upon price. I recommend Leith Honda for all of your Honda service needs.

I usually performed my own oil changes on my Honda but this past year Leith Honda sent me a coupon online for an oil change at a good discount so I decided to let Leith Honda service department do the oil change this time. 3000 miles have past since that oil change so I figured I need to change the oil. As I get under the hood I realized Leith Honda had the oil drain plug on very tight and I couldn't get it off no matter how hard I try. I didn't want to overdo it as it will strip the plug. So I made an appointment at Leith Honda to have the oil drain plug loosen so I can change the oil. When I arrived at my appointment time the customer service rep told me that their service technician refused to do the job. Their excuse was if the plug is too loose the oil might leak on the way back and they don't want to be held liable for it. I was not very happy since Leith Honda service department was unwilling to take responsibility for their action (putting on the oil drain plug too tight). But the upside was the customer service rep was very courteous throughout this ordeal, hence the 2 star instead of 1.

Great service and assistance walking me through my first experience buying a car. The salesman even drove the Ford Fusion to the Ford dealership to have it inspected for me while I was out of town. If in the future I decide to purchase a Honda I ll do it here.

I was very impressed with the prompt service I received once I entered Leith Honda. I met with Danny Fenny, Finance, initially and then he turned me over to Sales Consultant Ricardo. They were very accommodating, professional, upfront, willing to work with me financially and present the whole package with all my concerns and questions answered. The paperwork and final process was quick and the overall process was excellent. I recommend Ricardo if you are thinking about purchasing a Honda. I love my NEW CR-V and you can't beat the finance rates at this time.

Today my husband and I met the most amazing salesman during the absolute best car buying experience we've ever had!! John Oliver first greeted me one day while I was looking around the dealership. He left such an impression on me that when I returned today I asked for him by name. John was friendly, personable, and solely concerned about getting us into the car we wanted. We will most definitely be buying only Hondas from now on...only at Leith Honda...and only from John Oliver.

Our 2011 Honda odyssey engine light started flashing and we took into get checked. They were quick to receive our van and run the check . They didn't find anything wrong so there was no charge! At the same time they gave it a look over and noticed a few things will need attention soon. Very pleased with their service.

I walked in, nobody bothered to speak to me even though I clearly looked lost. There were several people at their desks who just looked at me. I went to the cashier to ask who to talk to. Finally, I had to stop a conversation between three employees, one of whom didn't look very pleased to bother helping me.

When he was taking my information, he was very curt and not pleasant at all. He told me he didn't have available appointments this week, so I said I couldn't make one because I needed my service done this week. He just shrugged and said okay. Customer service is a joke at this location and I won't be returning.

Honda vehicles are good but service is terrible. I leased a car from these guys, when I wanted to end the lease term-I had to call multiple times to get hold of Agent (Jose), when I got hold he said is busy with other customers asked me to figure out myself. When I called Honda financial they did not pick up calls- there was technical outage. When called for inspection scheduling they can not do it unless financial company talks to me and suggested me to call them EVERYDAY, till I get to talk to Financial guys. Now I can not return the car, just because they have technical issue.
Both of my cars Honda, because cars are really good dependable- but the service Horrible simply Horrible.

Probably the best Service Department in the entire Triangle. Big shout out to Justin and Damon, who helped me with the entire process and made everything feel painless. In these days when I can buy a car on my phone, I like to know there's factory-trained mechanics nearby where I can get my Honda taken care of and get a full guarantee on the work.

My car service officer was Matt Lambert and he was amazing! He should get a raise! He was very patient, understanding, and talked through everything with me. I am a new car owner, this is my first car so I don't know much. He carefully explained what was wrong with my car and gave me options to take care of it. He did not push anything on me that I did not want. He kept me updated in a timely manner. He sent me pictures of the parts on my car that they were replacing. I could not recommend anyone else so highly.

Just came in for an airbag safety recall. I had received a phone call, someone scheduled me for an appointment. I only knew about your Honda service so when I arrived I was not on the scheduled list of drop offs.Apparently I went to the wrong place. Some time was spent trying to find the location I was scheduled. My car was fixed within 45 minutes despite not having an appointment at your place and I was on my way. Thanks!
