Good place for the family. Spacious room with comfortable large beds. really enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere overlooking the paddy fields. Service was good and satisfactory.

Actually this is a known place to me since few years. The food was amazing and the customer service too. The peaceful environment and the friendly service made our stay best and we enjoyed a lot. Superb service Mr.Ravi Jayawardhana and thr team. It is unbeatable!

A place like no other... We had an awesome experience at Leisure land Villas @ Galle....It was heavenly with delecious foods n the best customer service!! Good luck Mr Ravi and all others!! We will be back very soon...

Worst place I have been. No safety measures & no deceipline. There are 2 pools & ppl are allowed to get in without a shower & swimming attire. So free Corona & other viruses can be caught easily. No restaurant available but very poor garage is available to sit & eat. Owner wife prepare food & very low in quality. Car park is full of trees & we need to park under the Trees (no choice). Jack fruit fell on my car & windscreen got cracked. But owner said he can't take any responsibility though it's his property. Don't visit this place & experience hell.

nice place to spend the day. the pool and the slide is awesome and is maybe more than 8ft deep in the deep end.

A friend of mine drowned and died here as the lifeguard was serving in the kitchen at the time visitors tried the rope walk. The lifeguard in question didn't know to perform CPR. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great place to relax. We were a group of 4 and went there on a Saturday. The water based activities were awesome! They have 2 great pools in a scenic environment. Had a great time. Life guards were stationed at the 10 feet deep end the whole time we were utilizing the pool. Food was average. Have a separate building with changing rooms and bathrooms. Those were very clean. During the covid times, each pool is chlorinated twice a day. Bottom line is we had a great time. We will visit again. Best of luck

good place to have a simple stay outside Colombo. Place is quite good with nice pools. good for family or team outing. However has to improve a lot to gain tourist attraction.

Only 4 rooms are in decent condition no proper place for breakfast.. if it's a rainy day fully messy.. unplanned development..

Food is good, and the games are interesting in pool. Slide, ropes and jumping logs. Still under some constructions. Deep side of the pool is deeper 9 to 10 fts. Lifeguard was so friendly and helped us a lot and saved one of our friends from drowning in a sudden. Thanks a lot.

Good place with RUDE/BAD management & pathetic service. Lot to improve safety & customer service. Never to visit again .

Lots of adventure activities available. Safe place to go for a dayout. Lifeguards always watching the visitors in the deep pool. Food was not much good.

End of the day, a family suffers the loss of son, thanks to your ignorance! What do yoa plan to do about it?

Beautiful place for any family with young and old kids

It s still under construction. Not the most visually pleasing place but the rooms were clean and the pool was really fun. They re still building the kids pool

This resort has a great pool we re kids can play but when it comes to the service it is very poor. We went there for lunch and went to there so called buffet . We got no food what s so every and the kids didn t even get to eat and what s worse, my family were the only one eating at the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TOURISTS!!

Nice place n very friendly owner and her wife cooked a homemade lunch for us. They av a waterpark in construction which he said will be finished august so this makes the place even more awesome. Free pool n wifi. Really enjoyed my 2 day stay.

I have visited this place 5 times. What a nice place! There are a lot of attractive activities. One can get past experiences such as jumping into water, swimming rafting and playing in water. How to do the activities safely are mentioned on posters. Changing rooms, bathrooms, washrooms and lockers all are nicely prepared. There were 2 lifeguards. They were really friendly and efficient. It is hard to believe that an accident like mentioned below happened there. I wonder whether he was under liquor. But taking liquor is not allowed. But the dinning areas are not properly built and there is no reception desk. But it's a nice place to enjoy leisure time .

We had great time in Leisure Land Villa, very friendly staff. And I am very much thankful to both lifeguard guys who were keep on eye in every moment when we're involving the swimming pool adventures. Nice place to enjoy your day outing with adventures.

The Managment was not that much Flexible(Must get a Confirmation before Arrival all your requirements from Staff/ Owner) when we compare equal Locations on sites... But, Good Environment for everyone(Activities) Thanks !

The place was so good for a day out and it is the one and only place to do water sports in down south.Two pools were safe,spacious and well maintained.The lifeguard was so friendly and helped to do water activities.We were warmly welcomed and also the food was delicious.Can enjoy a lot in an environmental friendly atmosphere.

Pools, available activities and pool attendant are good BUT the attitude of the owner - CEO (Chief Excusing Officer) giving lame excuses to all the mishaps, bad lunch and worse food serving area are not worth for the price

One of the worst places I've ever been. Please note that this place doesn't look like it is in the pictures. Honestly coming here was a mistake but thankfully we got our money back and we left. We found out that few people died in this place and they lied to us about it as well. Please don't get fooled by the pictures. The pool is so dirty and people bath with their clothes on. Even though they have demanded some rules no one follows them

A lovely place for a family get together or day outing. It's a place overlooking paddy field. It's a lovely sight yo wake up to. A place with many activities for the whole family. Many water sports that are fun. Since there is a lifeguard, safety too is there. He's very friendly too. We spent a night there. We could either order food or take rations and get our food cooked. Buying from them was a bit pricey.We had a wonderful bbq too, for which we took the food and they marinated and did the roasting for us for an extra amount. They can improve on their dining area and could do with a manager and a reception. Overall it sure was a pleasant experience I'd repeat.

Went for a day outing. Have two spacious pools with a slider and a rope jumper. Friendly life guard was there all the time. Lunch were ok but service and dining area needs a massive improvement.

This place is surrounded by very calm and quiet environment one side from paddy fields and other side from a tea estate. Two pools in location. The main pool is the main attraction. Mostly suitable for group hangout or a stay. The staff is really helpful. There is a treehouse and a swing good for kids. Food is very good Sri Lankan local food. Recommend this for group outing. Rooms were clean. And spacious. Beds cannot be moved they are on cement platforms. Seems to be famous for day outing that cost samewere around 2000 per head.

Swimming pool is not safe. there is no any indication for the deep side. costumer service is somewhat fair. Need to improved

There are three swimming pools in very good condition. But there is only one swimming pool that can be used at night.There is no light in the pool at night.They say it has a bungalow but it is a combination of three rooms. In those rooms, the TV is disconnected. Hot water is not available. The manager maintains that no sound can be emitted after 10 pm.Not ideal for a party, a great place for a family or little kids to enjoy.

The worst ever buffet. They didnt have enough staff neither capabilities to calculate the required amount of foods to serve the crowd. Vehicle parking arrangement poor...money is the only motive...
