What a joke! Made an appointment, waited an hour and half past and still no one helped us. Went back later in the day, same thing. Called to try and get answers over the phone, they told us they were looking for what we needed. That was near a month ago. Since then they have screened and dodged our phone calls. Spoke to the GM said we would get a return phone call, never received one. Romon was our supposed salesman. Spoke to him two times, never heard from him since.
We bought our last 2 cars there . Guess thats how they treat returning customers.

They responded with "the bank stood between us". We never even made it past first name and what kind of vehicle we were looking for. So how is that possible?

My daughter and son in law have been looking for a bigger car after adding a baby to the family. Today this ad popped up in my feed on Facebook. I said to them, why dont you check this place out? So i set up an appointment for them tonight at 6:30. We were all sceptical as we drove there, but wanted to see what they had to offer. We got there right on time and waited about 10 minutes before we were seen. Credit checks were done, looked at some cars, but one of the biggest things was to see what they would get for their trade in. When the numbers came back everyone was SO excited to see that their car was getting paid off in FULL, they were giving them an amazing deal on a new 2019 sorrento, and the payments were going to be what they wanted!! We were there for 6 hours total, and the dealership stayed open until 12:30 am just to make sure that everyone left happy. We have been to 6 dealerships lately and have not met anyone as wonderful as the 2 that helped us tonight. Ramon the sales manager, and Ramon product specialist were amazing!! Friendly, funny, helpful and helped with everything right to the end of the sale which went as far as showing how everything worked in the car at midnight. Great job guys, I will recommend everyone I know to come and see you, and we will be back when we need another car. Thanks for a great experience.

Friendly salesman, but was kept there for 4 hours. Very forceful in trying to get me to agree to the financing, but it didn't suit my budget.

I loved my experience here! They helped me out so much with trading my car, I received $250 in gift cards and 5 free details! Also oil changes which will help me for a whole year! My sales rep s name is Alex, he was super nice and helped me understand the whole process. I saved a ton of money going here rather than the other dealerships I was looking at. I m very happy with how my trade in went and couldn t have asked for a better car that fits my needs like the 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport that I purchased today

Had my 1st vehicle buying experience here & both Tyler & Ramon where such a huge help. I mostly dealt with Tyler thought & the fact that he was down to earth & professional & not treating me like just another sale but as a real person is what made me stay there & get a vehicle. I know I had many other Dealers to choose from but because of him I had no need to go anywhere else. Thx a lot guys & I will be going back for my next vehicle in the future for sure.

I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. Although the service was fairly decent, they lie and guarantee things they can t follow thru with. I signed all the paperwork for the suv I traded my car for Friday 1 WEEK AGO!! Originally they said I could pick up Monday, Tuesday the latest ... they call Tuesday (only because they were looking for a specific loaner car, not mine tho I HAD TO ASK IF MY CAR WAS READY!!! )and say Thursday well guess what??? Today is Thursday and you guessed it, I cannot pick up the suv till Monday now that it will for sure be done.. they re waiting on parts. I had to call them to even find this out and now they want me to drive to the dealership to renew the loaner agreement but not get my car. Ugh!!! I ve dealt with other dealerships and never had this problem.. I get the whole COVID thing but if you have cars on your lot why wouldn t you have the parts needed(it s was there for a little while to so there s no excuse, I saw it on the website)? When signing the paperwork and what not I was originally told I don t have to pay for 2 months. Awesome right??.. my first payment is due October so that s only 1 month and I haven t even drove it but 3 miles and it ll be 10 days after I signed till I can.
All around terrible experience I ve had much better with other dealerships

Not a bad place if ur looking for a new vehicle, I was looking for a used vehicle, wrong place.

It a shame cause they just moved into a new facility but the used cars seemed to be dirty. Saw a McDonalds bag with wrappers in the front passenger seat in the first car i looked at. Which turned me off to look at any other car.

I m surprised this place has so many high reviews. Not sure if salespeople have changed but my experience here has been the worst I have ever experienced for car sales. I have spoken to The sales manager John, Tyler (I think) and Brandon. I explained to John I have not had good experience with car salesmen wasting my time. So he convinced me to go to the store an hour away from my house to meet him so we could discuss my options. When I got there he wasn t there and I started discussing options with Tyler. Tyler told me John and I must have had a miscommunication and that they would get me info on my trade but it might take a day to get back to me. I have had leases my whole life and it has never taken a company more than an hour or less to tell me what they re valuing my car at. I was told by John I d get an offer once they looked at my car in person. Tyler told me he d get me info the next day- 1.5 weeks later...I call and speak to Brandon. Who claims he will call me back in 30 mins .. well almost 5 hours later here I am still waiting. Take your business somewhere else. COMPLETE waste of my time. I am beyond frustrated I drove 2 hours, spent an hour, only to have the EXACT experience I told John I was worried about having and wasting my time. If you are that busy- or don t want to do business- you need to tell people instead of stringing them along for weeks.

I had an amazing buying experience at Lehighton Kia!! It was a painless, fast process and they got the best rate for me that was at all possible !! Michael Jordan was an impeccable salesman with the most respect for the customers that I have encountered by far! The sales team worked did a stand up job getting the bank to approve us on a loan and got us a great apr percent. I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership like I have been here !!!! 1 million starts if it was possible!

My guy Jacob solid salesman all around very helpful and willing to help his customers at all cost.

Unprofessional atmosphere. We were trying to speak to a salesman in his office cube and someone kept making announcements very loudly over the speaker system in a way that was *supposed* to be funny. It was loud and obnoxious and made the whole place seem unprofessional.
In addition, my husband was wearing a shirt with an American flag on it. The salesman we were working with for some reason asked him if he was with QAnon because of the shirt? I don t know why we didn t walk out right then. Also, overall he was just obnoxious and playing games with us.
When we re ready to buy another car it will most definitely not be from Lehighton Kia.

They false advertise they made me and my family waste the whole day . Also test drove three different vehicles and push it to the limit when it came to how much money I can pay a month and they said "it's okay we got you" and nobody had me I still went home with my own vehicle that I had and we've been sitting out all day with two kids that were extremely tired and exhausted we had a whole day planned we didn't think it would take this long to find a vehicle when we are when we already had it planned out so I had a very upsetting experience and I must say if you're going to go there make sure you put down a lot of money because if not you're not getting anywhere!

Ramon is the best sales manager I ve ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help put a deal together and get us into the car we wanted. Even when it was hard for us to make up our mind he and his salesman Tyler were patient and very helpful. I recommend anyone looking to get a new car to come here. When they were at their last location on route 443 they made me and my friend sit there for hours running her credit score. And harassed her to buy a car that she could not afford. Months later when they moved out of that building, the car they wanted her to buy was STILL sitting there alone.
Secondly my brother applied for a job there, in sales. They made him take a training class that was $500. Some specialized trainer came in to teach them BASIC knowledge he already knew. So after the TWO DAY $500 training session, he did not get the job, along with many other people who paid. And THEY REFUSED to refund any of them their money.
IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MONEY HUNGRY PLACE.
Harassing a hard working 18 year old & stealing money from a unemployed person looking for honest work.

We came in for a Driver side window problem. We were instantly greeted with a sincere smile..a big smile, from Alexis Batista. She proceeded to do our intake, which took all of 3 minutes at most, and the Service Department replaced the electric motor in under 25 minutes. We love this Dealership..

Advertisement was a bit off as far as the 5k above blue book. Spent hours there and no deal. Did a hit on my credit before showing us ANY cars. Nice salesman though. He seemed to be following protocol.

Went above and beyond. I don't live in the Lehighton area but if I did I believe that I would be taking my car to Lehighton Kia. My sister has been taking her car there for routine service many years now and is very happy with the staff and their care of her vehicle. Recently she had an issue with the car that needed their attention and her Service Advisor for that visit, Dave Hulsizer, got things started to guide in the repair - and then the Regional Service Manager, Ryan Foss got involved to finalize things and get her back on the road with no problems. I had the pleasure of speaking with both men and truly appreciate there help and their service.

'PUSHY SALES' doesn't even come close to the level of supposed professionalism displayed here! They also do not disclose all information, giving vague numbers and approximate values. They refuse to put certain things in writing. And the little bit I was able to push them into writing, they refused to let me keep that paperwork. SHADY SHADY SHADY! Never again will I be visiting them. Even after calling to Kia Customer Service directly, I am still stuck with a car I hate. Thanks, Lehighton Kia for screwing over another person. No help after the sale. 1 bought not 1 but 2 vehicles in one year. They cant even returm my phone call. I waited all week, then on Saturday, waited 7 hour still no call. She said they close at 5, that was a lie. Poor customer service.

My experience at Leighton kia was very positive. I got the privilege to work with zack wentz. He made sure that he answered every question and very courteous. Would recomend friends and family to this young man.

Not thrilled with the managers customer service. He was rude. When we asked to be shown the numbers he tried to double talk us. We where going to leave to get something to eat and they asked for my car keys to look over the car again because they were sure that they could give me more for my trade in... Well he walked out the door and right back in took my keys to his office and left them there so long we decided to have food delivered. He came to talk to us 3 times not bringing my keys with him... As if to keep us there until he was done. He made a very rude comment to me. Needless to say we left there 4 hours later with out a car. And will not be buying a car from there EVER!

My son and his fiance bought her Kia from this dealership, and they could not have been happier. Because of how great their first experience was, they went back to purchase another vehicle from them a year later. Unfortunately, their second experience was beyond horrible. My son went on a Saturday and Kia told him to come back on the following Tuesday, after waiting for hours my son left because everyone was too busy to help him, even though Kia told him to come back that day. My son still thought they deserved a chance because of how great they were the first and how nice they were so he went back on Saturday at 10am and at noon, they told him to come back on Monday. I guess they dont need the business. I will make sure I do not keep recommending Lehighton Kia.
