Well.. here is my review.. I went to Kia to get a slightly bigger car than I have now (2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES). With all the bills and my mortgage, and supporting my family, I budgeted for $380 monthly payment on a car. I was told by one of the employees there after all said and done WITH a credit score of 713, that they cannot get to that payment (highest was $415-420, which is waaay to much).. so I asked what the trade-in value was on my car (something wasn't right, knew in my gut), they advised me that it was worth between $6-8k. I was absolutely SHOCKED because I knew by KBB it was worth between $10-12.5k.. they did not help me any further and I walked. They were very nice to me though so I will give them that. There was absolutely NOTHING WRONG (mechanical/powertrain/technical, etc.) with my 2017 besides a few minor scratches on the paint. (I did have some balance due on the 2017 and some minor negative equity).
Kicker - I went to Kelly Mitsubishi this past Saturday, spent a few hours over there, ended up getting a new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for $389 a month ($9 more than what I wanted, but I ended up budgeting again and I could afford it). Trade in value Kelly Mitsubishi took for my 2017 was $13,750 =), waaay over what I expected, WITH my balance remaining, AND minor negative equity, AND dropping the price on the new 2020 from $25k to $19,750. Plus for anyone that drives a Mitsubishi, I suggest going to Kelly Mitsubishi if you want to trade in your vehicle. Totally worth the wait and will do it again =).
Morale of the story, DO NOT let ANYONE take advantage of you at a dealership, make sure you know the value of your car you are trading in BEFORE you walk in, and DO NOT settle. That way, no one tries to cheat you out on a deal =).
Sold me a car with catalyst converter issue and as a as is . Headache 2 years later still.
Our car salesman Zachary was very helpful through this process. Although we had to try a few different options to get financing approved, he was open and honest about the process and what we were dealing with. The experience took a little longer then expected but Zach worked with us and fulfilled the deal we were looking for.
I'm 18 y/o buying my first car and they took advantage of that. They said it was nearly impossible to get a monthly payment under $300 with a very high interest rate. We said goodbye to them for this and went somewhere else. Funny how they got the monthly payment under $200 but Lehighton Kia couldn't. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Edit ** My husband contacted the jokes and John Grey told us to report the plate stolen and they'd pay the fines. I just got the fines again with late fees because they weren't paid. These losers don't stand by their word. I might need to contact a lawyer because they sold/stole my plate.
Be prepared to waste an entire day here listening to the salesman's sob story about how if he sells no cars he can't feed his 3 kids while you stare at his plastic salesman of the year award and slideshow of 5 star reviews from customers. Ramon was our greed shark. My husband and I sat here for 8 HOURS (with 3 kids) to get approved for a car. Part of this because he was trying to talk us into a car that was way out of our price range. First he brought the car out, talked it up, had us test drive it and then "ran the numbers" and it was too much so I said no. He tried to add up our expenses to show me how we could really afford it. Still no. So we repeat this process again and once more for good measure until they finally got us in a car within our budget. Buying a car is stressful, buying a car for 8 hours with a 1 yr old, 7 and 11 yr old is high anxiety with a side of a mental break down. Nothing like feeding your kids dinner from the vending machine and wandering around the lot 1000 times with a restless toddler. But that's not all. We traded our Honda Accord in and after this long drawn out process courtesy of Lehighton Kia my brain turned to scrambled eggs and I forgot my license plate on my Honda. A month later I got a violation from the NY port authority that my license plate went through an ez pass and my Honda magically turned into a bmw. I called AND emailed kia to get my plate back. Crickets...so my husband stopped in to get it and they admitted they couldn't get the plate off so they sold the car with the plate on it. Read that again. Kia. Sold. My. License. Plate. Funny how they can call me twice after getting our new car to tell us about their referral program but couldn't remind me I forgot my plate in any of those calls. We also called kia twice to see if they ever checked for that 2nd key and they still never mentioned it. P.s. I hate the new car because it has that new panic attack smell and it's tainted with this nightmare of an experience.

We bought Dodge Caravan Sxt last week from them. We had a good shopping experience, our sales person was jake(jack) . Everything went fine. They gave us one key for the car so we asked why only 1 key. The finance guy said there is only 1 key and soon after that jake( our sales guy) there is a spare key and he will give it to us. We got done with the paperwork and while we were leaving we asked for the other key again so jake said folding his hands ohh that he is sorry he forgot to give the key. He asked us not to worry and he will mail the key to us the next day. And obviously we trusted this guy and we left. After a week i call them to gind out about the key and they said:
1. There is no spare key for the vehicle. There was never any spare key.
2. Jake named guy doesn t work there anymore.
Now seriously??? So these guys lie.. and their sale people , finance people all lie. Because this morning after speaking to the finance guy I understand that these people don t go by their words. And once they have sold the car its like a get lost business. Our car is a 2019 model and not a cheap car for this cheap customer service. So very not professional. And above all they were not even sorry for the misunderstanding..if any that had happened. Because we were totally aware of the words Jake spoke to us.
So people. In short I suggest please get your car from other dealers around.

I was looking to trade my 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ due to the amount I was paying a month and the upkeep, which was basically inflating the month price to the point of not wanting the vehicle and the car only had 48,155. That is really sad especially for a vehicle that is american made according to the vin.
I made an inquiry to Lehighton KIA and spoke to Ramon Suncar. I informed him that I was having a very hard time getting out of the loan due to being 4 to 5 G's upside down but he convinced me to come up. He also informed that they were having an event and It would end on 8-3-19 saturday, so I decide to show up and so did a lot of others. I did all the normal items as per usually when trying to get a car loan. Because of all the people that turned up all sales people were stretched thin and that is putting it mildly. After waiting a very long time I got news that I never expected and I was in total shock that I got approved. My first reaction was and I said this to Ramon Suncar WTF!? I thought that I miss heard because I have tried so many times and all ended up in automatic failure and time wasted but not here. At the end of the day on saturday nothing was signed as a done deal but they put a dealer plate on it, filled it up with fuel and said come back monday 8-5-19 to sign the paperwork. For sunday I got to drive the new car on a few errands and it was awesome almost unreal. Monday came did some more nogations "If you don't ask you'll never know and or find out" signed the paperwork and processed my down payment. Reviewed a few things paperwork wise and while that was going on the car was being detailed and filled up with gas again.
The whole process took 12 to 13 Hrs between Saturday and Monday and I live an 1Hr away but, in the end it was completely worth it and I would do it again if I had to without question.
I would like to give a big thank you to Ramon Suncar for listening to my needs of what I require in a vehicle and also a big thank you to Ramon Roedan for playing hard ball with the banks but between proof of income and assets you made it work.
No other dealership compares to Lehighton Kia for their work ethics / customer service. The level of service that they provide is unreal even when your really credit challenged.
This is why I call Lehighton KIA "The real deal straight shooters no nonsense dealership"

Everything was excellent and Jay was extremely polite and offered great service and expertise.
The new building is beautiful! Service apointment arrivals are in a pull through garage bay for drop off and pick up, so you don't have to worry about running through snow or rain on your way to the service desk. Everyone there greets you with a smile and makes sure you're well taken care of from the moment you step out of your vehicle. There is even a large window to the service garage so you can watch your vehicle get pampered. It's a fantastic experience in service which was definitely thought out in detail.
No one would help me get a car i was in a head on colision n no traid in. I pick up my car Wed. Thank you for every ones help. They treated me with respect n listened to me.

Ray Suncar was a pleasure to work with and really goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The first time I came in 3 months ago he was not able to help me due to low down money on my side and I owed alot more on my trade in than it was worth. However he gave me step by step instructions to follow to get me approved and 3 months later I am the proud owner of a new car. He and his team negotiated with the banks to get me very affordable payments and the lowest interest rates they could. I did not care for the brakes when they first showed my vehicle to me they said no problem and replaced them giving me a very nice loaner untill it was done.
Overall if you are looking for a new car make sure to stop in and see Ray Suncar.
Back in the day at there old facility they were great. Back on 2005. Now I went back recently to there new dealership last Thursday over a week ago and still waiting on a call back even after calling leaving messages and going there twice. All I get is we'll have someone call you back. No one ever does. They definitely now how to BS customer's. Looked at a 2018 soul with 25 k on it. And they tried to say it's worth 20 thousand dollars and change when a left over 2019 msrp is 20,115. Wow talk about inflation. Well leson learned never gping back there again

Recently went to the dealership knowing it was doubtful I would drive home in a new car, but my salesman Bob literally went above and beyond to do anything he could to make sure I did !! He was straight forward with me from the beginning and didn t hold anything back , which I appreciate the most. If you re in the market for a new or preowned car I highly recommended you go talk with Bob, very straight forward guy and will do whatever he possibly can to help you. I contact Lehighton Kia Tuesday about a deal they were offering on their Facebook. I asked about the deal that was advertised on Facebook and was told it was for everything. I have them specific guidelines on what I would like to see and have them emailed to me. They responded and said someone would be in contact with me in the next 24 hours, NOTHING. I figured they were busy so I let it go until Thursday afternoon and I got generic response back. I again messaged them this morning with specifications on what I was looking for and was left unread. So I followed up with a phone call around 2pm today. I was told their online person was on the phone and would call me back. Nothing again. Just go somewhere else with responsive people trying to sell cars.
We spent 12 hours here to get a new car and were not the only people waiting for what felt like forever! They try to keep your trade in keys so you cant leave and they dont tell you the horrible offer they are giving you for your trade until you sign the paperwork. I was told I would be getting more than KBB value the whole time and come time to sign the paperwork I found out they gave me half of KBB value. When the only reason I drove an hour to go specifically here was because of an event which supposedly offered up to 5,000 more than KBB value on your trade. Got there and found out that was only on their used car purchases and excluded new cars. I will never buy from them again nor will I reccomend this place to anyone!

We have a 2015 cadenza that we purchased from Lehighton. We traded in our soul and a paid off Colorado 4wd. Value about 8000. Everywhere we went said we were taken over we paid around 14000 more than the car was worth. Guess we didn't do our homework becauae past dealings with Rasado. The cadenza was a manager special had a few hundred miles on, but we will suffer through.

these people deserve NO stars. they actually deserve negative stars. Dont expect any kind of help from them. I have been calling for over 2 months now waiting on a gap insurance refund. Only to get no answers. Nothing. It was $300. which is alot of money to me. they suck. guess ill have to take off of work and drive an hour just to yell at someone, because obviously they will not return my calls. they are too busy selling cars to deal with their existing or former customers. Dont buy anything from them, seriously save yourself the hassle of having to deal with them. they are like used car salesmen. They only care up until the ink dries on their sales and bank forms. Then you are garbage, nothing.
My only complaint is taking 10 hours to finally sign my paperwork and pull off the lot with the car finally in my name. Lol

Went to buy a new car with a trade in and the finance managers took one look at us (young married couple with a small child) and already knew they could try to take advantage of us. What they failed to realize is that myself, and other family members have and still do work in the car sales business. They were beyond unprofessional, they gave us a new sales person who still until the day I don't know his name because he didn't even introduce himself. I am all about training the new guy but they werent training him, they were giving him all the wrong information to make sure he failed at selling us a car. I honestly feel bad for the sales person. In short, they tried to scam us to pay 50k for a 25k vehicle. This place is a joke. I recommend using any other dealership.
They told us the come down and they will get us un a car and take are trade and that was not the case we drove an hr for nothing and we told them we had bad credit and we owe money still on are car and they said that was nice to come down and we will for shore get you in something and we set there all day for nothing if they tell you the same you are going to waste your time
Just an overall Terrible experience call in at 6:30pm I was told to come down by Paul Drake I told him I would get there around 7:15 due to travel distance. I get there at 7:15 I am not even greeted to acknowledged by anyone till 7:50 which by then all the sales reps were just ready to leave. I talked to a kid that seemed he just wanted to push me out the door. The small conversation I had with their guy he argued about everything. Their Facebook ad was incorrect with the wording it said a minimum of 4K with trade then said up to 5k over kbb he argued and said it was only up to 4K but didn t have anything to say about kbb. Then the car I was interested they had it way overpriced looked up the same cars for him and showed him the difference in pricing his response it was due to rebates I called this said dealer this morning and was told their were no rebates because it was certified pre-owned so the price I showed him was correct. Overall terrible experience and I will not suggest nor return.
Outstanding service! I have never seen a team work so hard and go so above and beyond to provide AMAZING customer service. They not only got one time customers in us but lifetime ones. Brandon and his team were outstanding and made our experience wonderful. Lenny the salesman stayed way after his shift and not only attended to our car needs but made sure my wife and kids were taken care of while we worked out the deal. He made sure we got the best deal not only for the short term but truly thought out and helped with our long term needs.

I applied for a job here about 3 weeks ago, maybe a month, when i found that they were hiring for a detailer. I got set up with an interview for 6:30 PM on a Saturday and when i went they had me wait for over 45+ minutes just to tell me that there was a glitch and my interview was for 1PM earlier. Tuen they said i could reschedule and 10AM Monday was chosen so i arrived then and waited another very long time to actual begin the interview(which turned out to be 5 minutes long) and in the mwantime had to fill out ANOTHER application for them so they could review it so another waste of time. Then after about an 1+ hr i finally went in for the actual interview part and that only took about 5 minutes and then the guy said they would be in touch with me by or before the next Wednesday(2 days). They never got back to me at all, never called or emailed to say if i was or even wasnt hired so basically just blew me off so i would never go there for anything as they are very unorganized it seems and just seem rude.
In 2007 I purchased a brand new Rio from this dealership... so why not do it again! This time with some credit issues from a divorce they worked hard to get me into a newer car! I love my Kia s, and have also worked with other locations... BUT lehighton Kia went above and beyond & I would recommend you use them! My salesman ALEX really understood my current situation, especially when he seen me roll in with an older vehicle that was ready for its last rodeo. He cared about my likes and needs and got me into my New Rio even with my first pick in color!! He was nice to work with, personal, exciting and a pleasure to do business with.
