They have customers just waiting around for about an hour. As a driver dropping off cars I am treated like I don't exist. Even more of a runaround than a customer gets. I would NEVER buy a car here just for the way I was treated as a human.

If only there was a "0" option. The salesman was pushy and lied. My paperwork was incorrect and to this day, I need to provide my husband's name for a vehicle I pay for. Remote start was to be included - it was not. The salesman offered to get me one, but I had to pay for it. Even during maintenance visits, lies I was told at purchase came to light. They even charged me $14.95 for a tire rotation even though it was verified that the salesman stated it was included. It has been a nightmare. Thankfully, I just had my 4th included oil change, so I can take the vehicle elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They give KIA a bad name.

Place is a joke. Went back in the beginning of March. Told them I was on a slight budget. Still wanted to stay below $400 on a payment on a vehicle that was about 25k. They came back with a number around $750/month for "special financing to pay the principal faster"...however it was still a 72 month loan. I asked multiple times if I'm paying the the principal off faster does that mean the loan ends sooner (A question you would think is a simple yes), and was told no it had to be paid for the term length. Tried scamming me on a deal to shell out over 50k for the car. That was with money down too. Again, place is joke. They aren't in the car sales business, they're in the people scamming business.

Customer service was great when we were there on a very busy Saturday. Cody got us exactly what we were looking for, had a great personality, very thorough and was an all around warm and inviting salesman... I highly suggest asking for him. We have a warranty on the car and brought it back to be serviced and it s worth noting the service at this dealership is stellar. Exceptional customer service, got us in a rental and the car looked pristine when we got it back. All around great dealership worth 5 stars!! Thank you for your service!

I came to Lehighton Kia with a tricky credit situation. Never once was I made to feel inferior for my past issues, Alex worked with me to figure out the right car, and Ramon literally worked hours at making sure he could get me the best deal within my limits. It was truly outstanding service!!!!

I went on a friday they had a promo going up to 5000 over kbb soo i thought i give it a shot. Well let just say they didn't even want to take my car but was still trying to sell me a car . Ok soo we agreed on a kia soul 2017 and payments i was Comfortable Paying every month they ran my credit before hand soo i have been here since 10 in the morning and it was now 7 pm and i yet to sign paper i have my daughter with me she is hungry we been here allday and the guy finally comes up to me and tells me he will call me monday to sign papers and drive in my new car. They where trying to sell me a carrr ALL DAY LONG ran my Credit promise to call me i was even willing to take a major hit cause i was gonna call the bank to come and pick up my old car and they never even call me on Monday it's now Wednesday and havent heard from them ill never go back to this place ruin my credit waisted my time never again .

Also test drove three different vehicles and push it to the limit when it came to how much money I can pay a month and they said "it's okay we got you" and nobody had me I still went home with my own vehicle that I had and we've been sitting out all day with two kids that were extremely tired and exhausted we had a whole day planned we didn't think it would take this long to find a vehicle when we are when we already had it planned out so I had a very upsetting experience and I must say if you're going to go there make sure you put down a lot of money because if not you're not getting anywhere!

I reached out to this dealer during an event. They were offering up to $5000 on top of a trade in. I was told that even after the event had ended that they had left off money from it so it was still going on. I drove over an hour to get to this dealer ship start the process of doing a trade in for the salesman Ramon suncar to tell me the guy was not telling me the truth and they could not do the money over anymore. We proceeded to try without it. While Ramon is telling me all this stuff about how the banks owe them favors and he can t put me in a brand new car, after and hour of him telling me information a couple comes in and he begins taking care of them and for 3 hours paid me next to no attention. He would come to me and tell me the finance manager is running numbers and calling banks but then ask me to use a lighter because he wants to smoke but can t do his job. Then tells me well I m going to pull a car up for you and we can go test drive let me finish what doing. Not only does he not do any of that he immediately pulls the other couples car up and disappears for a while on a test drive with them. To be fair unless I got a veryy good offer from this dealer me and my family won t ever be returning. I was the test of my family we are all looking for new cars. At the end of the day I wasted 4 hours took a credit hit wasted a lot of gas (driving a Jeep 40 miles both ways) and your company now lost atleast 3 customers.
P.s Justin was the one who was saying they can still do the deal. And Ramon was the salesmen.

Amazing Amazing Amazing Customer Service!!!!!! Hard working sales rep Jose Fonseca Jr. This guy was juggling 3 clients at one time including myself and my wife. Fought hard to get us the Lowest possible Payments and Down, and he got us way below what we thought we'd be paying. We Left with a 2021 Kia Forte Fe. Brand spanking new off the lot and couldn't be happier. Jose was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, but never forgetting we were still there and always checking in on us while everything was being processed. He made my wife and I feel comfortable and that's one thing I look for when buying a car. If you want to get into a reliable vehicle with Amazing Warranty and you want someone who will work with you not against you, I suggest Kia of Lehighton and ask for this amazing, hard working young man with a Bright Future.... We have boughten a variety of vehicles from numerous dealerships and honestly, car buying is more painful than buying anything else. We stopped by Lehighton Kia after a bankruptcy because we needed a bigger more reliable vehicle for our 4 kids, which were with us. Taking 4 kids to a dealership sounds like a nightmare and we were not planning on staying due to having them and thinking that our chances for getting approved we not good anyway. I have to say, not only did we leave with a brand new beautiful vehicle that was exactly what we were hoping for, but the staff was absolutely amazing with our kids and our needs during the entire process. Cody was our sales man and Ramon was our sales manager and I cannot not say enough wonderful things about these two guys. They found us what we needed and wanted, not just one or the other. They occupied our children so they weren t bored. They fed us twice actually and well, they just made the whole experience one to enjoy, not to dread. They have definitely won our business and I will continue to come here for our future vehicle needs. Thanks to Lehighton Kia for changing the car buying experience for the better!!!! Other dealerships should take notes, just saying.

I traded in a preowned 2015 for a brand new 2018 with better mpg, more safety features, and a way nicer look. Also was able to get my name on it instead of having it completely in my dad s. Spent two hours the first visit with it being 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there . Then sat for an hour and a half without anyone even letting us know or asking if we were being helped . Returned the following day and after no acknowledgment that we even came in had to go ask if someone was going to to help us today and again after waiting another 20 minutes not even an answer as to wether someone was going to to help us . Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership ever . Will not ever go back . Never been to a dealership that has no one to greet there customers when they come in or acknowledge that they are there and that someone will be with them as soon as they can just leave you sit wondering if anyone even knows your there or offering some refreshments while you wait. Horribly managed or should say no management .

I took my fiance to go looking for a newer used car. We had seen a couple online and she wanted to check them out. When we got there, Brandon was up in the queue.
We explained the car was for her, and Brandon focused his attention on her. Many salesmen would have dealt with me as the man, but Brandon was concerned with getting her the car she wanted. He was personable, and very easy for both of us- as very different people- to get along.
We looked at the cars, and she had decided on which she wanted, when Brandon suggested that he had talked to the finance manager, and discovered that she was approved for a brand new 2021 and her payments would remain the same as the used, and did she want to see it?
He did not push, he did not do anything other than suggest it might be possible. When my fiance was interested, but not sure, Brandon didn't push, he didn't pressure, he suggested we talk about it, and left us alone.
As it turned out, she did get the new car, and is very happy with her purchase.
The only reason I don't give them "5" stars is they tried to rush through the numbers to get the contract signed without giving my fiance a chance to get her head wrapped around it all.
Once I suggested they slow down, Brandon took all of the time needed for her to understand everything. When I suggested the number he tossed was excessive, he worked with us to find something more agreeable, and we got the deal done.
I would have no challenge sending my children to get a car from Brandon.

Told them only run my credit 3 times, they said no problem come to see on my alerts they ran me 32
Times, lied about a couple aspects and on top of it there selling dented rusted vehicles for top dollar.
My sister bought a car there a couple years back said don t go there the don t honor warranty s and there service department is bad. I didn t believe her went anyway wish I never waisted my time.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I wish I could post negative stars.

Went to look at a used car 2015 Dodge Durango they had there and when told the price almost 33,0000 but on sale for almost 30000 I almost dropped over. The had it on the lot for 286 days at that point as well. It s still on there lot you would think they would check into why it s there almost a year. Then told me it s with taxes tags fees etc. which I did my homework first with similar cars as well as what the taxes were. It was WAY over priced. Never showed you the paperwork just the monthly payment. Also for trade in was awful. Wanted to give me 3rd less then what KBB value was. I just went to Kelly got the same type of car 2015 Dodge Durango sxt with less mileage with extras added on and in better shape then the one they were selling. The one they were selling had scratches and a scuff on the bumper where buffing couldn t get it out. Got mine for 23570 plus trade in was what KBB value was which was 3 times what they wanted to give me. I told them what my monthly payment was that I wanted to pay and they got me the very first time in less then 3 hours was there and out the door getting something to eat and drink to celebrate. Was at Kia for over 3 hours it was a waste of time.
I know you are the middle man with the bank and bank has finial answer it s on all your negative reviews. I ll save you the time so you don t need to respond back. Thanks for the wasted time.

They run commercials on television claiming credit amnesty, bankruptcy, repossession, late payments are forgiven as long as you make $350 a month, you're approved! Well I make 9 times more than $350 a month and guess what it was all a lie.
