Visited the theme park over 2 days. Nothing can be helped with heat and queues, but I only wish they sold mini fans or water sprays. Due to Covid19, expect to wait longer for deep cleans, and rightly so in the current climate. What has earnt the stars are the amazing staff, that though stuck all day in 34degree heat, in face masks, screaming kids and at times adults, were consistently attentive, enthusiastic and helpful, whilst maintaining the new safety measures in place. The two helpful staff members at the Dragon ride photo desk that searched for my familys photo for me, I am especially grateful too. What loses a star is despite having markings on the floor during queues for social distancing, people continuously ignored them (even though reminders over tonnoy were repeated). Maybe queues just need to be observed more closely, for the silly people who dont follow the rules.

The rides are good but don't go here just for this. We had a nice family day out and we are Lego fans, so we've ticked it off the list. We got round it in one day but that's partly because it was quiet and some of the rides were closed. The Star Wars exhibit was interesting and the dragon rollercoaster was fun. Also worth a mention are the pirate show and the monster party attractions. Steer clear of the ice cream shop in the Lego friends section. We found it had very slow service at 2:45pm on a quiet day. Also, the servers didn't wear gloves although they were careful when handling the food by using tongs and napkins. I'd say during school holidays you might need two days to get round it. Worth a visit if you have a Lego fan in the family.

Decent park, not a disney world park or universal, but its still good, decent selection of lego themed rides but mainly aimed at children i think. Really good Lego shop though that gives me the tingles.

Great place for all ages, loads to see and do. Love the idea of a dispenser for suncream on the wall at the toilets. Food expensive, but you're a captive audience, pinic would be a good idea but as we'd travelled from the Northeast of England this wasn't an option. Very much enjoyed by all of us.

Due to visiting in November one or two of the sunny weather rides were closed but we didn't miss out much.

Unfortunately the season perhaps also meant few of the refreshment stalls were open, which was frustrating. The fish and chip shop selling food at over twice the price of such an ordinary meal didn't help.

Most of the Lego sculptures around the park were in need of a power-washing so some of the lustre was missing but the kids didn't seem to notice.

Queue times varied from 15 mins to 45 but mostly the former. The haunted house ride was an outlier on the bang/buck front, being the only ride about which our 6yo asked "was that it?".

Given the quite incredible cost of a visit it was a shame none of the Lego on sale in the shops was at all discounted. I recommend scanning bar codes with the Amazon app.

Overall it was an expensive but not unpleasant visit.

First time I've ever been. Took my 3yr old and baby. I expected it to be quieter than usual but quite the opposite. They have put 2metre marks in place for queueing and closed half the rows on rides to abide the social distancing rules... but still have maximum capacity. So queues are longer... things seem busier and no one adheres to the 2mt rule.

Old Park and very slow attraction line times for kids. If you want an easier day pay extra for the fast passes the park is extremely busy. Views over Windsor were gorgeous spoilt by the planes! But it was worth a visit but won't be returning

Nice experience. Lovely for kids. Rides are too short and queues are too long. Which means more time needed. Needs to close late especially in the summer times. The submarine experience is one of the best.

Legoland has some great exhibits but it is expensive.
For the prices of food, drinks & gifts pick a price & double it, then add a third to the original number.
On saying this I would estimate 40% of the food stalls were shut.
We were there for the late May bank holiday weekend & several rides were closed on & off for the 2 days apparently due to maintenance according to signage but never saw a soul near them until a ride opened. The waiting for rides was ridiculous up to 90mins plus on some rides. I am not a massive fan of themeparks but even I found some of the rides boring. The 4D cinema was great but again a long wait.

The one problem with Q-Bot passes was that because you got to jump qeues there were people having their third or fourth time on a ride which added to queueing times for everyone else. It might make the owners of the park a few quid in the short term but others will not want to come back.
I got the feeling that the park owners have the attitude that they should fill every square foot of the park with a guest, even when this is detrimental to the experience of visitors to the park.
They had some people in costumes occasionally dotted around the park but not enough and never about for more than 10mins or so at a time.
I would never return to the park and would not have gone back for a second day had we not had the kids with us.
I have to say that staff were polite but on the most looked fed-up.
I felt the tv advertisements for the park were misleading at best. If the truth of the place was shown in its truest light Legoland would be a place of qeues, kids losing the will to live waiting for rides & adults looking flustered. Instead we get shown a place of magic and wonder. Which I am not convinced was filmed at a completely different park.
Charging people to park their cars which seems to be the most desired mode of transport due to location I can only describe as greedy especially when it isn't even a concreted or asphalt area just some dusty white stone chucked in fields and no security.
They might have sang "Everything is awesome" in the movie.
But it's on the most part awful in the park.
Overall a disappointment at best which is a shame. I wanted Legoland to be everything I dreamed of and more. Instead I got a bit of a nightmare.

Kids enjoyed it but starting to look a bit run down in my opinion, for the entry prices would expect a bit more.
Good education piece around plastic usage in the aquarium but then disappointed to see single use plastics sold at every food counter with almost no recycling bins around the park!

What a great place for the kids. Just make sure they are a minimum of 1.1 meters and everything should be fine.

Many many rides for big kids and little ones.

Food isn't the best quality of the park but will do. Best bet is to take a picnic.

There is a bag search at the entrance so just be ready to wait 5 mins or so.

Overall a great day here would highly recommend the kids water park area is the weather is warm enough.

Solid Theme Park rides, hard working staff, let down by cut backs to maintenance and cleanliness. Miniland in particular is looking rather sad with large amounts of the moving aspects seemingly broken.

Lots fun for the family. I've been coming here for many years and always love it. Plenty to see and do and fantastic themeing and scenery. The fireworks events are just magical. The only grumble I have, is that I've witnessed horrendous pushing in, in the queues on really crowded days.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rides are fun, and the food is good. More than that, Merlin have cultivated a sense of harmless innocence, which even adults find charming and relaxing.

Pros:

Pros:

The kids liked it
The Lego builds are very impressive
Staff are friendly
Park is clean
Easy to park

Cons:
It was WAY too busy
Ride queue time was 50-80 minutes
Burger restaurant in pirate land took over an hour to serve food
Some of the exhibits look tired and sun faded
Everything was expensive

Everything was not awesome. Though it has the potential to be. I feel that the park makes enough money to really make this place on another level. I'd really like to see it with 5 stars.

Decent enough day out in theory. Staff could be a lot better though. Got left on a ride on a tunnel for over half an hour after it stopped while they waited for more senior staff who were "qualified" to perform an evacuation. Kids left crying. Not a great end to the day.

Queue times on both the app and at the ride are generally incorrect. Food and other concessions were sold out, but no stops or signs for the items. Waiting to be told this when you got to the front. Signpost is very limited the app is fantastic getting you to the rides though.

This place is the king of fun. My son attended a school trip to legoland Windsor resort and came back to me telling me all about it. There is an enjoyable experience for kids waiting there. My son really enjoyed the Lego ninja go ride and I even took him there. I would easily recommend this to any person who needs fun!

Overall great experience, as my kids absolutely loved it!
It is massive and will fill a couple of days, especially with the queues. It is very clean and pretty organised. The few things that made this a 4 stars review were the prices for food are pretty expensive and the quality isn't the best in the chicken shop (pizza and pasta were good), the speed of the ride operatives is a disgrace (while I understand h&s, their "speed" had nothing to do with it), the new attraction "haunted house", was broken in the morning and than after it was fixed, it broke again after waiting 40 min in line and another 20 min inside.
Do buy the photo digipass as it is totally worth it.

I mean who doesn't love Legoland! A great day out,. some good food spots about (prices what you would expect from a theme park). However the fast track system should be made so that you can save more than one ride at a time, especially if you're being fast tracked due to a child/adult having additional needs.

It is mainly for kids. Adults can also enjoy at some attractions. We did not had enough time here. This place closes too early. Come on! No place closes as early as 5pm. One needs a full day to cover all of the main attractions of this resort. We had a good time here but queues were too long. It took 1.5 to 2 hours to take only one ride. They should extend the closing time so that it is possible for a tourist to cover as much of this resort as possible. Food here was pathetic . Don t buy expensive food for lunch from here. Instead, get food from somewhere else. This place is nothing if you compare it with Universal Studios,Disneyworld and Disneyland Parks.

Great experience for the kids from ages 3 upwards. Given its popularity on a Friday, weekend expect large queues and long waiting times. Minimum wait was around 30 mins ( with the downloaded app highlighting 20 mins).

The rides were great, whether you're a fan of a white knuckle experience or something a little calmer.

Due to the current scenario, certain parts of Legoland were closed, also the catering experience felt limited and expensive.

A good fun day out, on the pricey side if you dont have any vouchers.
I would recommend taking food as the shops are expensive for what you get.
The rides take time so its better to do it as a walk to see the sights.

Great day out for our family. Definitely a special treat with the cost and we were prepared to queue/it being busy.

We were there from opening until close and filled the day.

Took off 1 star as food choices and availability weren't great. We brought some sandwiches and thought there would be some snacks to supplement but unless we wanted an overpriced hotdog, or a doughnut, that was about it.
