It was ok..Glad i didnt get the 2 day package
Not many wheelchair accessible rides and some that stated they were... Were in fact not. Spoke to some "managers" about being sent on wild goose chase by staff to certain rides
only to find out they aren't suitable for electric wheelchair users... Basically told not their fault. No apology either.
Son who is a wheelchair user left disappointed. Won't be going again.

The resort is alright but customer service isn't the best. One of the employees gave us fake information that lead to us missing out on a full day at Legoland that we had booked for. Complained to the manager and that was no help either.

It was ok.

It was ok.
Long queue times, everything is expensive, and the poor layout detracts from the experience a little - eg, parking is at the top of the hill and once inside the park you walk downhill to the attractions but at the end of the day you have to cajole tired children up a steep walk to get out.

Great place with the kids. Definitely skewed more at younger children based on what I saw but we visited in Nov and not all rides were open. Worth being aware of that if you re visiting off season and we did hear a few people complaining but in the end this is reflected in the lower price. Food options are a little limited but fine. We also visited Santa and that was very well done with the walk through the Christmas tree forest before hand and the helper elves really adding to the experience. We did not have many queues to face since it was off season and fairly quiet but I can imagine it would be very different in peak season and I would follow the advice of others and get in early and head to the end of the park first. Even with the much smaller number of visitors the queue for the dragon roller coaster was up to 30 mins by the time we left. Shop is great here as well if a little tricky of get the kids to leave at the end of the day. Definitely recommended for younger kids.

Something for everyone, food and drink a little bit expensive, so you can bring a picnic; A lot of people do this. Still a really nice place to visit. Pre book tickets, so you don't have to queue very long and also parking tickets can be bought online if you drive.

I visited this place last weekend and We could go only for two rides after paying so much for entry ticket because of very long long waiting time in queue. I wouldn't recommend to go on any weekend. If you really want to visit then only on weekdays. Then only this place would be worth of money.
Pros : 1.Staff behaviour is good.
2. Places is very well maintained.
3. Miniland.

A great day for the kids. A bit disappointing that most of the food places were closed so the couple that were open had long queue, and quite a few rides were also closed. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyable.

The queues for all rides are really long unless you pay even more for the Q-bot. It feels like they could get the queues through faster but can't be bothered (probably to get you to pay more for the Q-bot). The rides are really tame and really for a maximum of an 8 year old not 13 as they advertise. The only impressive bit is Mini-land. Overall not with the exorbitant price of entry.

We only come once a year as it's too expensive and tbh the incessant queuing really bored me. If it's very crowded on our chosen day we grab a few rides before the queues get too huge then head off to the open play areas like Duplo land's water park, the wooden fort area or the splendid Lego model parts.
Easy family fun. As usual come early for good parking spot and bring a packed lunch.
Don't forget to pay for parking before you leave. You'd think it was free, but sadly it's another extra.

My son and I really enjoyed legoland. All the rides are child friendly and no white knuckle rides so not really for thrill seekers. Great lego shops and plenty of food places, which are reasonably priced. Still spent a fortune but you always do at places like this. I wouldn't rush back again but for no real negative reasons, I'm glad we went and had a great time but we've been once and since we're from northern ireland its pricey to get to. 4d cinema was brilliant and loved the lego fries in the cafe.

The lego itself looks good but dated. Not all rides work. The staff are rude. The prices are extortionate for both entry, parking and food. The food is naff. It has some good rides. The qjump is expensive but if you don't take it you will spend 100 quid for about 3 rides all day.

Would not recommend.

In terms of what you've already paid (extortionately) for, some of the models they should be priding themselves in were dirty and/or not working, many rides were closed meaning my 3 year who was restricted to certain rides by her height had limited choice and those she could go on consequently had huge queues.

Also lost out on an honest mistake with an offer (I'd say verging on the terms being deliberately ambiguously worded) meaning we paid twice on the adult tickets. We inquired as to whether they would show any goodwill and they took over two weeks to come back and simply quote the terms I'd expressly already told them I'd read and understood.

Now I know we are still in the Covid 19 situation but surely more rides should of been open. Rides were even breaking down whilst we were queuing. Queues were very long, so goodness knows what they are like when the park is at full capacity. Luciky we had the reserve and ride so didnt have to wait ad long.
Some of the shops and eateries were closed, but the main ones were open. The main restaurant had a restricted menu and the prices were ok. Food was good though.
We will be going back and hopefully more rides will be open. After everything Iv said we still had a great time and my grandaughter cant wait to go back. Hopefully I can give more stars next time.

There are so many rides and attractions here that you to will need a full day, or maybe 2! Out of all the Legolands across the globe their're 3 places that're the best; LEGOLAND Billund (Denmark) as its the original, with LEGOLAND Florida (USA) and LEGOLAND Windsor (UK) Being tied as the best! Aimed at children aged 3-12, and great onsite hotels, this is one of the best places in the world to take your children and the best themed park in the UK.

Amazingly beautiful and fun place for all the family! My kids were so excited that we came twice and they would happily go again because there is so much to see that only one day is not enough.
Highly recomended to arrive before 10am to find good parking space and also install the brilliant app to make the most of your time in the park.

A great place to take the children, but difficult to do it justice on a day visit. It's a huge place, which is very well designed. The walkways between the rides and other attractions are well thought out, making it easy to get around the park. There are plenty of refreshment areas, so lots of places to rest throughout the day. My only real criticism is that the layout and signs for the car parks could be improved. When we arrived there were about half a dozen members of staff standing around watching the traffic. But no staff actually in the car parks to give directions or advice.

Very disappointed special needs child and he was not catered for accordingly. Will not be returning. Photos of driving licence rubbish blured and people behind in picture. Stuck on Ninja Nejargo ride and poor assistance and communication we did not know what was going on for about 10min. Sat stuck on ride for 30min no air-conditioning. Poor poor. And rides closed not working. It's a joke

A huge park dedicated to the wonder that is Lego! More than enough to see, ride and shop for a couple of days in the park. Includes a mini land of models, too many lego themed 'fairground' rides to list, and plenty of hidden lego models around the park to enjoy. Ticket price on the gate is a little steep, but there are so many offers around for discounts, and tickets are always cheaper online.

Legoland is a good place but they re not dealing with COVID-19 well at all. Too many people, nobody keeping an eye on social distancing, nobody following One Way Systems, and car parks still packed. They also put me way too close to another family on a ride despite the fact I told them we weren t together. Really disappointed.

We went to Brick Week yesterday. 45minute queues for the main rides. It would have been useful if they d alerted us to this fact as we entered the ride buildings as we would have avoided them until they d reduced to an acceptable level.
My main gripe though is that none of the food outlets, (that we were told to try by the last place we asked at) provided coffee with alternative milk (Oat, coconut, soya etc). Up your game Legoland and get in line with every high street coffee place please.
Other than that a good day out.

Benn going for a few years now, since it opened in 1996. A lot of things are starting to look tired and in need of some TLC. Still an enjoyable day out though. Was disappointed that the Knight's Table rotisserie was closed, this caused long queues at other food places; I guess there had to be good reason as it was half term so fairly busy.

I couldn t say anything better about this place when I last came at my old Primary School 5 years back! We got to do everything, the staff made our day by being really helpful and friendly, and generally speaking it was just an excellent experience and day out at my old Primary School! We first started off with the Pirates of Skeleton Bay Stunt Show, then we went on to doing the Atlantis Submarine Voyage, Farmer Joe s Chicken for Lunch, nearly as good as KFC that Chicken was, but not to offend anyone by saying it is better than Farmer Joe s because Farmer Joe s was very good quality Chicken, nice and fluffy, cooked to perfection, how I always like it! Then we did the Duplo Valley, went round to Cuddles Corner, then to the Fire Academy, before finally ending off at Viking s River Splash which was my absolute favourite thing at Legoland on that day out! My friends also enjoyed it, so did my Teacher Mrs Yellowsthorpe, she also enjoyed it, and I wish to return again in the near future. Make sure you pass my review onto your team for the positive feedback.

One of the best attractions for the family in the UK, I have taken the family twice, the first a day trip the second was a 2 day hotel (not at Windsor but a hotel a few miles away) and park deal which was better value and was less stressful due to not feeling pressured to try and get everything done in a day. I would say that like with many of the attractions in the UK the prices are quite a lot, I excepted it but you can save money by taking you own food and drinks I suppose. In the height of summer the queues can be quite lengthy so patience is a must or pay out more for the queue cheating tickets that the have got. My kids are 13 and 8 and they both had the times of their lives. The staff were really helpful.

What a massive, expensive disappointment.

What a massive, expensive disappointment.
My friend and I took our sons for a day out.
My friend's son was injured on a water ride in The Land of the Vikings, the Viking River Splash after we were thrown in every direction. There should have have been seat belts. He sustained injuries to his back and crushed his finger and was crying in agony.
There was nothing we could do until the ride/ordeal was over.
It was so upsetting.

Plenty to do for the kids, most height restrictions are around 0.9m when accompanied by an adult or 1.3m riding solo.

Queue times (on the weekend, just after reopening following COVID-19 lockdown) grew quickly from opening and peaked around mid-day, towards the end of the day they trailed off.
We experienced around a 45 minute wait for most attractions.

Buying snacks and drinks was expensive but expected from a theme park.

We totally fall in love with this place! Our journey is our the best Holiday memory from 2018! And everyone from Granny to small infant make a lot of fun there!
You have a beautiful things to view and amazing rides to go!
You have whole duplo village for small ones! Its a lot of facilities to go and feed your babies, kids, change nappies, use toilet or buy coffee, food.
The shows are incredible! Pirates are real! They are jumping from platform to water... and you can meet a shark here !
One day its not enough to fully enjoy all rides so two days with night jn hotel its the best in my opinion!
Buy bottles to refill at park, and start your journey from the end of the park to the entrance. You will avoid queues and make more of your day!
Don t forget to pack food and good moods. It will be a fun day!

Not what it use to be. I went today after being given the tickets by family and I left after 4 hours.

It has become one big money maker with extra charges for absolutely everything.

I would also like to add that I went on a school day thinking that we would be able to do more as it would be quite but they ended up not running many rides.

Also, there was none of the so called breast feeding facilities. They baby areas that they have are only for changing. There is nowhere to breast feed. They expect you to sit on a dirty toilet and feed your baby.

Highly disappointed!

Very enjoyable day, I went with 2 children who absolutely loved it! Queues were not as bad as last time we went (When some were an hour +) we waited a maximum of 25 minutes, and the rides are superb. Take a picnic as food and drink is VERY expensive. Apart from that a good family day out

If using Public transport from Slough, it just has 2 buses. It will be a great help it they can increase the services during morning and evening hours.. because if you miss one bus.. you will not have the next one with a diff of 30-45 min.

My friends had a perception of Weekday crowd will be less.. weekend crowd will be more. But, it was the same.. Almost all the rides have same waiting period.

Rides may be enthusiast for adults.. but kids will love it..

there are lots of food stores..

Queued and queued and queued....... Everything just took forever. Restaurants had massive queues that lasted forever. Massive queue for hot drinks to be told once you get to the front of it that there isn't any as machine has broken. Staff poorly trained and can't even seem to find the common sense and decency to give an apology.
Queues for the rides were slightly more bearable.
Think they really need to get more staff and train them a bit better.
Shows are really good.
And then you queue forever to leave the carpark.

An excellent park for children. Many facilities, toilets everywhere, kids love it, you have pizza and ice cream everywhere. Queues are a bit long some times but it's worth it. I recommend staying in the hotel if you don't live nearby. Nothing is dangerous, the park is safe, surrounded by green plants and trees. Very cosy. Highly recommended. Themes of Lego are everywhere. There are shops of Lego, not very cheap, but for the kids who counts the money... must visit!!!

We came on two consecutive days earlier this month...

We came on two consecutive days earlier this month, and had the best time! We arrived not long after opening, having travelled for 90 mins, and were pleasantly surprised that there was no queue to get in to the car park. We queued for a few minutes to get our bags searched, and again to enter the park, but the queues moved quickly, thanks to hard working staff.
We queued for the rides, as expected, but again, they moved quickly enough, and we were able to enjoy the rides before too long.
At one point, The Dragon was closed for maintainance, but we were given several priority ride tickets to compensate. We were impressed by how seriously Legoland takes security, and health and safety of its customers.
Pirate Falls was also shut for a short while, due to an unforseen guest issue. Whilst we were waiting in the queue, the staff were very visible, and checked the priority passes, and apologising for the delay, enabling boarding to be quicker once the ride restarted.
The whole experience was very positive, and the staff were helpful and professional without exception. We can't wait to return!

Fun for kids and adults alike. Even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits. This was a visit during their Christmas opening hours; the number of trees and decorations was stunning, the Father Christmas we saw was authentic and the present not stingy, there were plenty of festive activities around the park which was not as busy as in the summer months so the queues for the rides (that were open) were very short. We had a great day.

Used to be great place for kids but now it has become disgustingly expensive minting machine. No consideration to people but grabbing their money with both hands.

Most of the rides are shut whenever you go and that is never clearly marked before purchasing the tickets for obvious reasons. Hour wait for very basic rides that finishes in 1 to 2 minutes maximum.

Waste of money and time. The amount of money I spent with 5 people group I could have gone to short family break up north!

Waste of money. They let too many people in during summer. More than half of the rides are out of order.
