Lovely kids park, worth a visit. Staff are nice and helpful.
Amazing day out. Well worth the money. Exchanged tickets for annual passes at the end of the day. Couldn't be happier with how friendly the staff were. And how quickly end efficiently everything was done or handled.
I was really happy with Legoland, it was a bit smaller than I expected and it wasn't very friendly for the little one, the toilets where a bit dirty but over all it was a great family experience, we all had fun
I would recommend it to all families!!
Come on a school day to make the most of it, otherwise prepare to que all day. Kids loved it.
Brilliant the grandkids loved it. The only thing I will suggest is to pay for the quick ques as spent over a hour queing up for each ride. Apart from kids getting bored waiting you are losing out on meany others rides. Also take a pack More
No social distancing on the train just cram people on to get you in should be stopped
Loved Lego and still do but all of the Lego displayed looked very old and worn and not the best to be honest. Dont bother going if you don't have plenty of cash and can afford Q Bot as the ques in school holidays are a joke for very mundane rides. Overall daughter enjoyed it we managed three rides the entire day !!!! 75min for driving school and rides like that are clearly an issues. Also like most other parks why no displays when you are in the que saying how long you have left.
First, the monster house was super unique. Disclaimer: The room itself moves, not the chairs, so don't give a bad review due to safety. Second, the free gift was nice - the children have to solve a puzzle first.
Still a lovely place to spend time with your family.
Would of given 3 stars as two thirds of the rides where shut because it was Christmas which wasn't explained on the web site when I was buying the tickets . I have retracted 1 star due to being shouted at aggressively by an employee at the win a soft toy stall because apparently my hand had crossed a red line when myself and my young daughter where taking turns throwing a ball . Most of the staff looked miserable and had an attitude to match , which only added to my general feeling of misery at being 50 quid lighter in cash and 50 miles from home .
First time there and also the last !
Kids had a wonderful time and park was great but the prices in the park are very expensive and expect to queue if you are going in holidays as we only managed to do the bigger rides once and we were there 2 days and didnt get a chance to More
A great place to take the kids out in Windsor, with lots of attractions and rides. Good for all the family. The food is very limited in variety and may not be affordable for everyone so I'd personally recommend you take your own food with you and enjoy a picnic there or just take some sandwiches and drinks as the drinks are quite expensive too, you'd be better off taking your own water bottles etc.
Make sure you get in as the gates open as you'll need plenty of time (all day) to enjoy as much as you can and get on as many rides etc.
Fun fun day.. they need more and better foods ..man can not live on horrible hot dog
Definitely a place for smaller children...kids enjoyed it v much. Not really for adults, but overall enjoyed visit. Though waiting times for a ride to go on...took long and then the ride times were very short. Be prepared to walk a lot.
Awful... Legoland used to be a great place to take kids. Now Merlin (company that runs it) cram people in like sardines. Queues for rides are about an hour. Food options are dire, the buffet is rammed as you will queue for another 20 mins to get the food after they have taken your money of course. It's moor like feeding the cattle at a farm. The staff are a mixed bag some very nice most just there herd you about. The grounds themselves are looking tired, which is inexcusable considering how much they charge for everything. Will not be returning or renewing our Merlin passes. What a con! Stay away, you were warned.
The kids (2 and 4) absolutely loved Legoland! Under 3's get in free but it's worth mentioning that alot of the rides kids have to be over 1m tall. Our daughter who is 3 next month was just over the 0.9m she had to be to get onto the More
Impressive about Lego. Long long queues and waiting. Its lots of fun but also expensive (tickets and absolutely everything there).
The queueing system wasn't good. Merlin kingdom food hall was terrible not clean out of sauces and food was cold and plastic like.
Fab day out....amazing place! Brilliant day for the kids....
Great place to take kids. Some new rides. Was a little disappointed in duplo world as some rides had restrictions? Duplo is lego for babies and toddlers. Their land should have little to no restrictions for these ages as long as an adult also rides. Poor skills. The models are looking dated but still very interesting. Hence 4*. But do not let that put you off. A must for kids of all ages. Including much older ones ;-)
Great place although some attractions are getting a bit tired.
Overpriced in concessions!
An amazing experience for not just the LEGO heads. Definitely be back
A great day out for the family, plenty of rides, very clean. We went on a Friday, loads of kids there for school trips, about 40 mins que per ride on average, food expensive as expected (take a packed lunch) gift shop very very expensive as well. Digger land and pepper pig offer a better experience for kids (4 year old) in my view.
It was wet and waited for two hours for two rides, food also not very good.
LEGOLAND Windsor amusement park has different sections.. water park, mini land and lego adventures. Mini land is good to see, rides are not so great or big and the waiting time is too high about to 30 to 40 mins which caused frustration and we didnt go for many rides and water pool was also closed.. kids didnt liked the park and they were not happy with lego land
I've taken my daughter here 5 times and she is only 3 and a half, by far the best children's theme park in the UK. So much to do with new rides opening all the time from rollercoasters to slow boat rides. Would highly recommend for a family day out. Everytime we've been, we've managed to use a special offer for ticket prices so always worth checking before visiting.
Still an excellent couple of days fun for all the family. As it was the summer holidays we invested in q bots and we went on about 25 rides over the two days with very little time wasted. Great 4 d film and live action show which my seven year old loved.
Queues were horrendous even for little fairground rides like the carousel. Food and drink prices were disgusting.
We went on Saturday for my son s 6th Birthday as he loves Lego and he loves Legoland as he s been once before. It s alright queue times for some of the rides seem very long considering the rides seem very short time.
Definitely glad I only have 1 child as for 3 of us it s very expensive especially if you are going to eat there as well.
Unfortunately for us we got there at 10am and left by 12.30pm as my son felt really ill on the way home he had a temperature so went to our local walk in clinic and he had scarlet fever so we definitely wasted our money.
So we will have to pay for it all again in summer the things we do for our kids .
Even with reduced numbers to allow social distancing felt too many. Queuing on most rides 60+ mins and the zigzag queue only allowed distancing ahead and behind.
It's good for children under 8. The rides are OK for really small kids. But not worth queueing for because they are so slow. I took my 9 year old daughter she enjoyed it but I could tell she'd rather have been at alton towers. The star wars section and the models of the cities around the world were excellent.
The hotel and resort are very nice. The staff is friendly and help out as much as possible. The rooms were clean and quiet which was awesome for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is buffet style with lots to choose from. The pool is a lot of fun and for all ages. Getting 30 minutes extra in the park is great but goes by very quickly. Overall the hotel is a lot of money so it was probably a one time purchase for us and not sure if the price we paid was really worth the overall $478 we paid for one night
It s a good place for games but not for hotels and I love this place
The queue was horrendously long but the kids loved it
Buying the entry ticket means simply paying to be allowed to then spend more money to actually be able to enjoy your time. You'll have to pay for things such as the queue cutting tickets in order to enjoy your time at the park. The entry ticket itself is close to worthless. It's a farce.
Very expensive and very busy, even with reduced numbers due to COVID-19. Most of the queues were 60 to 90 minutes long and the rides are all around 3 to 4 minutes long.
We were lucky as it wasn't a boiling hot day, rainy but warm. If possible take your own drinks and snacks, not too much as there is a lot of walking to be done.
It was great for the kids, although the queues are hugely unfair as I'm sure more kids will be absolutely bored in 15 minutes queue, let alone to 60 to 90 minute ones we saw reported. The app also isn't very accurate and neither are the boards showing queue times, 5 minutes is closer to 20 to 30.
The park seems a little but dated and in definite need of a refresh but younger (5 +) kids will love it.
Pretty park to walk around, mini land is nice. Very geared towards children admission and parking charges are quite high and can take a long time to get out at close. Lego models mostlyook pretty fresh so seems quite well maintained.
The rides were amazing and the wizard hotel was totally worth the extra money.
Not to bad card only why take one start of it Q time are okie
Its great place for kids but the reservation tickets don't work for me. It is the only thame park l have been to where families have to queue for hours before one activity all because of reservations. They go through straight after some of us have to queue for hours. I know you are making money out of it but think about other families too who cannot afford extra money. Queue goes fast without the reservation ones. Today l have to Queue for over 3hrs before we got the chance for less than 10mns minutes one activity. We did only 3 activities. Please think about it,l am not the only family who's concern. Thank you
Truly amazing experience. The prices in the shop but given the grand of lego, its not too much of a surprise. We got the tickets as a gift and really enjoyed the day. Kids loved it. Rides were good but it seemed like it was a giant spot to go play Lego more than rides which for ticket prices could be a bit of a slap in the face if you pay to go on rides. That said it was fantastic and we were lucky enough to see the fireworks spectacular which was definitely not false in statement. It just would have been good for better advertising on their glasses fpr kid's as the prices for those were good. Good for a memento but we didnt find out until afterwards which when speaking to another visitor, they had the same point.
Magical day for the kids...be sure to check out the app with updated ride times for the best experience but all in all it is enough lego statues to awe the whole family take snacks and even picnic food to save time and money if you arent willing to spend a fortune but food isn't bad and does for the day. Hotdogs are extortionate right enough for a plain baguette with a cheap dog inside
Honestly has barely changed since I was there around 2000.. There are still areas featuring Johnny Thunder, and using graphics that look like they were made in MSPaint. The rides feature lego elements that havent been printed in years.
Its a great day out with kids, and the shop is a dream for a lego fan, but this park needs some serious updating to cut it. A bank of PS4 consoles does not cut it.
Seriously, do you have any idea what we're going through right now? Queueing for almost 1hr and a half for the haunted house party , raining and freezing cold and the ride is having a difficulty? Worst Legoland ever in the world! Rubbish! More
Annual pass holders, Legoland are not keeping their side of the bargain, half the park rides are broken or just closed without explanation. Half the food outlets are also closed making queues at the remaining ones (normally a bit long) are horrific. Massively understaffed really very disappointed. Great great shame.
A little bit pricey and the queues are ridiculous for the length of the ride at the end. But certainly a type of magic that makes kids enjoy it all regardless. Miniland could do with a lot of upkeep though, damaged bits and overgrown plants all over.
Returning as an adult, I am so pleased this place hasn't lost its magic. Too many people allowed in on 'limited capacity' during COVID-19 though and the socially distanced queues were not happening!
Amazing experience and very friendly staff not to bad on pricing either
Really enjoyable for my wee boy but unfortunately a lot of rides closed which was very disappointing seeing it isn't cheap!!
Had 2 days in a row and both experiences different, first day good, 2nd day 6 rides broken down. Very expensive if you buy tickets on day. Food and drink is very expensive
Great kids loved it!! Take some change for the little rides and arcades
Always love coming here despite it being a little dated. Kids love the rides and love the park and we always take a packed lunch for both days.
Recommendations - call out for a take out. We had pizza
Really badly run. Not suitable for people who for medical reasons can't quee and car park to get out was a nightmare and that's an understatement! Much preferred chessington even for the babies as today was just stressful
Fab resort. Nice treasure hunt and lego toy for the kids staying in the hotel onsite. Fun room themes that the kids loved. Went to see Santa in December. Best Santa we've met and a good quality present. No waiting times for rides at this time of year. Food a little pricey, but can be expected.
Go during summer and you will be glad you did. Get you walking shoes ready and tour the endless fun places.
Too busy, over populated considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, virtually impossible to social distance. All ride queue times were atleast an hour, even for the tame rides.
Magical day for children upto 9/10 years. Plan out what rides you want before starting, don't just do the big ones or you will be queuing all day. Suggest arriving at 9.30 as you can actually get into the park before 10 when the rides open. Spend some time looking around the miniland models as they are really good. Highly recommend the 4d cinema. Pizza buffet good place for lunch. Live pirate show worth watching too.
Really enjoyed it but lots of walking over undulating ground. It was very good that staff didn't stop certain popular rides exactly on closing time. Lots of time allowed to get through the park and to the gate at the end of the day.
A thoroughly enjoyable place to visit with the children. The rides are fun. Make sure to take a towel and swimwear for the children if the weather's nice as they'll love the splash zone. The Lego models throughout are very good.
The bad points: The food places are overpriced and the quality isn't very good, you be better off taking a picnic. The car parking is terribly organised, expect to add an hour on to your travel home time as it will take this long to get out.
Well its no Disney but this place is fun for kids and even their parents. Just wish they would keep upgrading it a little with time so that it has a more cleaner feel to it. It feels a little run down nad old. Otherwise its a good experience for the entire family
Great day and they have worked hard to maje it Covid-19 safe.
Staff very friendly, and nothing is too much hassle. What lets it down is the prices of the food. You have to eat here, therefore the prices relate to that. On a whole though a fantastic place to have a short break.
Great holiday trip experience. What would I say go it's amazing. Fun family outdoor location. every kid would love this.
For kids mostly, but grown-ups would enjoy also.. Very clean ( spotless) , no wasps or nasty insects around us. Friendly staff. Prices are high for the quality of the food. I would next time take my own food!!! It was a great day for the family.
Well. I had high expectations but was somehow disappointed. And this due to two major things. First, the priority system for rides seems somehow frustrating and unfair. Specially when you're in line for way over 30min just to realise anyone flashing a mobile takes your place when they just arrived... surely there must be a better way to deal with this. The second is the complete caos of cars trying to leave the parks at 6pm... took me until 7:15 to manage to leave with no apparent reason. The park is good but lackes an efficient system to reduce waiting times and the staff can only work with what they have.
I dont like because really busy long queues on ride we reach there about 3 hour drive but my kids go only one ride waiting 1 and half hour in queue really bad experience it all about money if you buy q bot you dont need to wait in queue but it really expensive I don't suggest i never experience such as crowded In any theme park more then 100 people queue in any ride you go waiting time is 60 min if you reached 10 you inter 11 and you just enjoy 6 ride because of queue
One of the best place to go with kids. Lots to do and to see. Suitable for all age. Had a great times.
Great day out for all the family. A surprising amount of things to do for the very little ones too. Staff were great throughout, especially when dealing with a first aid issue. My only gripe would be that more food and drink kiosks needed to be open but I think they are still feeling their way through the coronavirus outbreak. Well worth a day out but I recommend reserving rides if you can.
If you can get over the Lego identity, there are better theme parks elsewhere in the country offering significantly better value for money. Good but not that good.
Maybe its off peak season, some of the rides are close/ open late. Rides are ok. Kids will enjoy it. Height requirements for the rides are strictly adhered. Bring food/ drinks from home as on site eateries are but expensive. Toilets are clean. Plenty of stuff to do. You can finish all the rides in a day but since i used the 2nd day free package its even better
We were so disappointed with Lego Land. The average queue time was well over an hour, with a four year old this was so hard! The queues were also for ice creams and snacks too. It felt like the while time we were there we queued. It all More
An excellent day out with little people or people who like/love Lego. Loads to see and do, even when waiting for rides there are interactive bits (which I think when queues are an hour long there could be more of). I like the fact there are More
The kids loved it! Great if you have kids 1m or taller... The hotel food is a major disappointment though.
Great day out.
The new Splash Park in Duplo Land is great.
It can be very expensive if you're not careful, but my son loves this place.
My advise if you're buying Lego is buy in the shop at the beginning and have them store it.
A great place for younger children. Rides range from very chilled to thrilling.
Although the park itself is great for kids. It was completely over crowded. No social distancing at all. The que time for all rides were all over and hour and over an hour to get into restaurants. We never got to see the whole park due to queuing for so long.
If u can go in the week when I assume it would be quite you will have a better experience. We went on a sunday.
Amazing for kids up to 11 years (and maybe a little more). Where other parks don t cater for younger children this was ideal when our kids were younger with rides that the smallest ones could go on and great park areas for them to explore. They loved the 4d cinema and the cars and boats you can drive (driving school)
Brilliant especially for young children. Also very well organised , felt safe is these difficult times. Staff were very friendly. Definitely going again.
The Legoland Windsor Resort is a great place to go with young kids. The park is divided into multiple areas with different themes. There can be long lines at the most popular rides, but usually they're no longer than 30 min.
Had a great time with my 4 year old. Park not too busy as they're having to limit visitors. Nice weather the day we went.
We got there quite late and parking was difficult to find, but we found a spot. 3-5 driving experience was enjoyed and the duplo playground was great too. A fab day out!
