Unfortunately Legal Aid was incompetent in the handling of my case. Issues of incompetence too long to list in this review. Although they accepted my case, I was always given the impression they did not really care.
Would give them a zero if I could. The nastiest, most condescending, unhelpful bunch of attorneys. I'm going to contact their benefactors and lodge complaints. This org. should be shut down. They're all about accepting donations and rhetoric but not real action for the neediest in this county.
Ramona Hupp is an amazing lady. She did a great job and was so nice and easy to deal with. She never hesitated to answer any questions. She always answered in a timely fashion. I will always be great full to her for what she did for me. Thank you so much Ramona Hupp.

I can't say that they're functionable because he's a lot of chaos and confusion there and it really needs to get fixed up correctly. They do have some issues nobody stays on top of things and they don't follow up with each other and they have clients who don't leave me alone who are making actions against me that are false. Maybe the State of Florida can do something with that but I would not recommend them at all if you can afford a private attorney please get one ASAP
Operators are not empathetic or human at all. Just try for any reason to underestimate your case so you don't "bother them again". You should change your name to Don't Expect Legal Aid.
Shameful behavior with victims of domestic violence and abusive behavior.
Lucky I have little access to resources that allow me to find private legal help.
So sorry for the people can't pay a lawyer.

Can't ever get a hold of anyone in office they wrote me twice they the pandamic I been on waiting list for guardianship for my mom can't seem to get anyone to call me back
