Terribly rude. I was referred through Nextdoor because I was asking if anyone could help me get through the disability process. I have debilitating mental and physical disabilities. Called them and since I wasn t a senior citizen that needs constant personal care, the lady just acted like I was bothering her. Like I didn t really need help. I don t recommend ever calling them. I ve tried so many different places today and been turned down. This just made me break down crying. I give up.
