This is THEE local pet store right on Mother Lode - complete with reptiles, fish, pet supplies, birds, hay & fencing & a wherehouse of cat & dog food, etc. There's also cute signs, mugs & other "gifty" items. They also have feeder mice & crickets (yummm LOL). DANGEROUS parking lot - limited space, even for an expert driver. PLEASE be careful.

The other building (behind #1) is clothing, boots, jewelry, "gifty" stuff & tack supplies (basic farming stuff). It has a separate, safer parking lot.

I've been going here for years! This feed store is probably the most complete option for miles. They offer a full pet store in their main building, grain, feed, infrastructure materials, clothing, and equine on a regular basis. Seasonally, they have poultry chicks, aquatic plants, and offer VIP vet service and rescue on occasion in the parking lot. They have been part of the community for a long time, and work hard to keep their products relevant. I often drive miles to go here just to reduce my number of stops.

Cool local feed store. Except for very rare seasonal rushes, they're always reliably stocked with a variety of grass, mix, and alfalfa hays. They also carry a variety of fencing products, corral parts, Western riding and horse care supplies, and farm animal feeds. There is a whole pet store in the lower building. The pet store has hundreds of dog and cat food brands, a fish and aquarium section, and bird and reptile supplies. Propane tank refills are available at this location. Parking is crowded, but the locals are typically very skilled at threading full sized pickups through the narrow drive, into the hay barn, and around the tight parking areas.

This place has more of the rural feed store feel than a Petsmart/Petco, and generally competitive prices (some things are less, some more). Lots of good bird (wild and domestic), small animal, reptile, fish, dog/cat supplies. Pretty friendly.

Fake Masks are worse than no mask. Several of the employees were wearing open mesh masks. These masks provide no protection and when I asked the manager about it she said she knew and it was her right. The problem is that you have to look closely to see that the masks open mesh and they are misrepresenting compliance with the health departments guidelines and rules. This gives their customers a false sense of safety and they are not disclosing their intentional noncompliance. I hope no one dies from this. Certainly can't recommend going here and I will never be back.

I like to go here for fish. Twice i bought loach and this last time German blue rams. Most of their tanks have ich(white spot) disease. But I didnt notice any in the yoyo loach tank or the gbr tank.so I bought it any way . Two weeks after, my loach and the German blue rams, developed ich and now my tank that has never had ich has white spot disease. If this place takes care of their Tanks and stops selling their ich fish, I'd keep going back and supporting them .But since the management doesn't care about selling sick fish to their customers, I will have to stop buying fish from here. I'm tired of dealing with ich. Who wants to keep spending 60 bucks on four tiny fish to have them die from ich? Not me.

What a gem! The staff are friendly, local and very knowledgeable. Whether you need feed for your livestock, food for your cat, dog, fish, bird, pet hissing cockroach (yes, they sell them too!) or fire bellied African toad, this is your place. Besides feed, they have rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, crickets, feeder and pet fish for sale. Great selection and large live pet showroom! Pricing was surprisingly low too. I thought I'd pay a "country" premium shopping here but found it mostly the same costs as bigger, national stores. And the place is huge so there is so much good stuff on the shelves. Everything for your farm or pets.

I really enjoy this place. So much to see and pretty much all we need for our little homestead. The check out took rather long for the one bag of meal worms for my chickens. But the pet side has it down, even if there is a line, it moves quickly. Excellent customer service. A young man helped me to the car with my bag. I didn't even have to ask. He just held the door for me and took my bag. That is awesome service. With a smile.
