They care less about tenants and potential tenants. I wonder if the management is aware of this or maybe they are just all the same.
The windows and doors need seriously replacing as the cold draft coming in is making people sick. None of their houses have double glazing. Doors and windows are left unchecked from more than 20 years. No point doing Gas check etc . We need the doors and windows sorting out which is more important.
Awful staff, no organisation.... For a charity they really don't seem to like helping people.
Leeds Feds out of hours service is a joke , left me with no water or heating most of weekend .when an engineer finally turned up said it was too late to do anything .could not be bothered more like
The housing officers are very seriously helpful and supportive.. and respectful and the management team and repair service is best ever
Anytime I call they very polite and helpful and supportive..
I've nothing but support for the staff at Leeds federated I found them very helpful
MY PARENTS HAD FLAT IN KNARESBOROUGH ON COLEBROOKE MEADOWS FOR 14 YEARS, THEN I TOOK IT OVER, WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I DIVORCED HE STAYED THERE, I LEFT HES STILL GOT THE FLAT, STAFF VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPFUL, MY SON LIVES THERE NOW AS MY EX HUSBAND MR MOON HAS MOVED OUT. ID RECOMMEND THIS HOUSING ASSOCIATION TO EVERYONE.
No idea how this place has 4.5 stars. They could not care if you're sat rotting in your house. Management avoid your concerns and are purposely rude to you, don't turn up to meetings and have no control over anti-social behaviour. A perfect example of our housing system going completely down the drain, no funding, no care, no humanity. As long as they throw anyone together and wipe their hands clean apparently their job is done. Don't expect any real customer service, look elsewhere.

Don't deserve a star. Disgusting people running the show. Most should be sacked. Used to be great, got problems solved. Now they can't care less. Should be up in court, the organisation and individuals.
BOUGHT MY PROPERTY FROM LHFA IN 2007, BUT WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. SURROUNDINGS TENANTS WHO HAVE NEVER DONE A DAYS WORK IN THERE LIFE AND DONT GIVE A DAM REGARDS KEEPING THE PLACE TIDY. CANT OR SAY CANT WALK BUT 2 DOGS TO LOOK AFTER. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANYONE FROM LHFA CHECKING TO ASK WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OR IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES. (EXAMPLE ELDERLY TENANT CLAIMING DISABILITY YET HAS 4 CARS TRADING AS CAR DEALERS ? YET HOUSING OFFICER WILL TELL YOU ASLONG AS THEY ARE TAXED AND INSURED IT OK? MY TIP BUY A PROPERTY WHERE THE NEIGHBOURS OWN THE HOUSE AND RESPECT WHAT THEY HAVE WORKED HARD FOR.
Worst organisation I've ever come in contact with, lack of support and interest into the tenants situations. Condescending behaviour from the staff, more so, from the customer service department. (in the space of 1 year.. 3 housing officers were recruited, each officer not corresponding to one another about outstanding work that needed to be dealt with), they're forever changing staff which leaves the tenants having to chase up any repairs or complaints.
Still waiting for an intercom system to be fitted to make the property I live in safer and I'm still waiting for the roof to be fixed. It's been almost 5 years!
Very rude and unprofessional SMT woman from HR. No accountability. Corrupt SMT who carry out and uphold bullying and unprofessional behavior within the organization.
