I went for a oil change, tire rotation and to get extra keys made. Had my coffee and a book prepared to wait a bit...was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Barely sat down and they were done! Loved the fast courteous service!

I love this place. The guy Always remembers me and gives me that personal touch. Today I took my son, he has his permit and will need to do this stuff himself, so it was a life lesson, learning situation for him. They took the time to explain stuff to him.Explained what the warranty covered and stuff like that. I just love this place. While we waited we looked at cars and even though we have no intention of buying another one, they still got the keys and let us check out one on the lot. Always super friendly. I ll never go to another Honda dealership for anything.

I will not go anywhere else, but this location. I have been to multiple Honda locations in the metro and this is hands down the best customer service and caring team! They have been very thorough, quick and patient with anything I've needed or have had questions about! (Which is always). This is my 3rd car with this dealership (Thanks Brandon and John Moos!) and again I will not go anywhere else! Brandon and the team at this dealership go above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Lee's Summit Honda Team!!! You guys ROCK!!! I Highly recommend attending their Get to Know Your Honda Class as well!

Their customer service was adequate, but shipping of the needed part took 3 days instead of overnight as promised. At least the company subtracted the overnight price of shipping from the total bill. So 4 instead of 5 stars.

Nick Shaw was very pleasant to work with. He had the car we were interested in ready to drive when we got there. He explained the features of the car. Just a very easy process. If you are looking for a car, go see Nick Shaw!

We came here looking at one car but ended up in what we are calling the best descion we have ever made in a vehicle choice. John Moos was the person whom helped us and he was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for after a 2 second long conversation. We test drove the car and were driving away in 2 hours. Great place to shop for used cars .

This place is always nice and friendly. I definitely do like coming here to get my service done. Unfortunately a couple of things were out of stock at this time that was needed for my car. But again the transitioning from this pandemic has a lot to do with things. Hopefully things will get better very soon for all of us. And we could get back to having quite a few things back in stock.

This was my first time buying a car on my own! I worked with Ian who made this experience SUPER easy for me! He listened to what I needed, didn t push me into something I couldn t afford, and followed up any time I needed him to! If I could give this place more stars I would. I get my van serviced there always have a great experience. I decided I needed a fuel efficient car and went in without a clue on what to get. Austin and Dylan made our car buying experience easy, knowledgeable, and fun. Thank you guys soo much especially for your patience. We went with the 2021 Accord Sport and couldn't be happier.
