Lack of response, action and ignoring enquires seems to be part of the company culture. The managers behave like disgruntled employees. They seem to enjoy when you keep calling them about the same issue that hasn't been responded to while they ignore your emails and calls. They wait until you just go away. Fortunately, I have never dealt with them as a client, but asking for a CCTV footage on two occasions was enough to go online and see if there's a patter of behaviour here. Absolutely disgusting.

I requested some information i needed on my property, Chloe was very knowledgeable on what i required very helpful and everything was provided and resolved very quickly. Thank you for a great service.

They increased our service charge last year even after begging them that we cannot afford it,they didnot pay any heed.
They increased the rent which is unaffordable for us and they are non negotiable. They just dont listen to tenants issues at all.They donot do servicing of the business property too. They send the debt collectors even if the rent is a week late. Absolutely unprofessional and aggressive staff. Please avoid them is my sincere advise to anybody planning to do business on lease with them. They threat you with your contract all the time. Shame!

I had a business where they were the landlords. Bills paid on time, yet still sent bailiffs round at our expense due to their disorganisation. Shocking area representatives, bad accounts personnel. The list could go on for a long time. Seriously reconsider taking on a lease where this company represents the landlord you will get a lot of unnecessary expense, wasted time, frustration and unsympathetic staff. Disgusting.

Horrible deceptive company. Do not trust these people, rented a unit off them for a number of years they hike up bills and put us into debt. Do Not lease off these horrible people. I repeat do not use this company!

Horrible! Super slow with anything they do. Never reply to our emails. Once someone picks up the phone, they only give an excuse by asking to email them and then again the same story, no one emails back for weeks!

My friend has been asked to vacate her flat with only 4 weeks notice just because they want more rent. Its disgraceful how they treat their tenants.

Lee Baron as a company are very organised, professional and efficient. We deal with Chloe, Alan, Shahina and Annette on a daily basis and can wholeheartedly say they are passionate about their job and genuinely wont to make a difference to people's lives.
