Heb vele spullen bij ze besteld, kom ik er na de 60 dagen retourtermijn achter dat LEDLICHTDISCOUNTER.NL voor enkele artikelen de verkeerde kleuren heeft opgestuurd.

Dus kortom ZIJ hebben in hun magazijn een fout gemaakt en ik kom daar in mijn verbouwing wat te laat achter nu ik er aan toe ben de spotjes te plaatsen.

Ondanks dat de artikelen nog netjes in de doos zaten en ik deze al naar ze heb teruggestuurd houden ze zich vast aan de algemene voorwaarden om mij maar absoluut niet mijn paar tientjes terug te geven. Dit ondanks dat ik al de juiste artikelen weer bij ze had besteld! Erg kinderachtig.

Ik krijg als dank een tweetal denigrerende/belerende mails van Arjan van Hout die me blijft benadrukken dat het als consument mijn eigen fout is, immers had ik maar de producten van onder tot boven moeten uitpakken en inspecteren toen ik ze binnenkreeg.

Zielig. Maargoed, ik stel voor dat je die verkeerde kleur lampen die al naar jullie onderweg zijn overdwars stopt waar de zon niet schijnt en dat je die paar tienen extra omzet gebruikt voor dat extra biertje op vrijdagmiddag.
