I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that my experience at Learning Tree Child Development Center Of Annapolis, INC has been quite average. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean, but there is nothing particularly outstanding about this place. I would recommend it to parents who are looking for a basic child care center.
