I recently had a chance to interact with a company specializing in lean engineering, and I must say that my experience was quite average. Their website, massproduction.com, provided clear and concise information about their services and expertise. However, I found that the overall customer service lacked a personal touch. The staff seemed focused on completing tasks rather than building a genuine rapport with clients.
