Welcoming and comfortable, both the hostess and the B&B. Beautiful view from the countryside from the conservatory. Would definitely stay there again.

Most comfortable room of all the B&Bs we stayed in. Lovely views from the breakfast room. A short walk to Clava Cairns and to the Culloden Historical site. We were also treated to a demonstration with the border collies and the sheep. A short drive from Inverness, would stay there in a heatbeat!
Very clean and comfortable B&B, cannot fault it. The farm next door does get busy around 07:00 am, but perfect timing for breakfast. (better than an alarm set on a phone..I was there on business, getting in around 2am and it was not an issue...better to wake up as life goes on than wake up by a bleeping alarm ) ..Minor point, but I've spent time in hotels and B&B's all over Europe and Leanach have the best en-suite showers, turn them on full and you'll be pinned to the back wall of the cubicle. :) Not far from the Culloden Battlefield (1Km) and a guid pub/restaurant just up the road.

B & B set close to Culloden Battlefield with amazing views. Home made scones are second to none. Working sheepdog and also dog food supplier, I use nothing else for my dog
Excellent ! Very nice, clean room with a powerful shower. Amazing view from room 1 and the breakfast conservatory. The sitting room feels homely and cozy. Friendly hostess. Good breakfast.
