I'm so impressed with Elmcroft of Brentwood. The management and staff are so caring and the residents are always having a good time. There's great energy in the whole building!

Make promises they don t keep. For a place that has assisted living in their name you don t get the proper assistance. I would not recommend this place!

We have helped many seniors move into Elmcroft of Brentwood and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to their client s needs. They are very friendly and accommodating to help us when we are moving seniors into their facility. I highly recommend and trust Elmcroft of Brentwood for your loved ones.

I am so glad we were able to move my grandparents in at Elmcroft. I know they are safe, well cared for, and happy with the staff. My grandfather is thrilled with the food and they have set up the dining room so that residents get to know each other. My mother has been at Elmcroft for two years. As her health has declined the staff has become more helpful. They treat her like a person and are always glad to see me when I drop in. There is very low turn over in caregivers and this is a blessing. Our family is so thankful we found Elmcroft.

i went there to visit an look at a place for my mother the staff there were rude they were all sitting down in the dinning area the residents was very unattended an i wasnt pleased at all the worst thus far ive seen

My wife, Joyce James and I are residents at Elmcroft of Brentwood. She moved in August 8, 2017. She seemed content here and we both really enjoy the food.

I have been impressed by the environment of the Executive Director, Jenna Alley, and her hands on management. She encourages the staff and mingles with the residents.

Her latest project of the beautification of the entire grounds, new flowers, mulch, trimming shrubbery, and general clean up of the landscape has been wonderful. This gives everyone a sense of pride in living and working here.

We are pleased that we chose Elmcroft for our new home.

My mom has lived here for 3 years. The process of moving her in and the people I worked with was the best. I have been listened to unconditionally and as often as I needed. The staff here has been wonderful and accommodating. My mom has been respected and treated with kindness and her needs have been met. As her physical health has begun to decline, the management team has provided me with the necessary resources to continue to meet her needs.

I've lived here September 2018. The residents are very nice along with the staff. The food is fair. I really enjoy the games and crafts. I also enjoy going out on the bus out in the community on various activities.

Great community to bring your loved one. The staff is dedicated and I have peace of mind knowing my family member is taken care of.
