Law Office of Brenda Vallecilla, LLC Review

Closed on my home at the end of June 2018. Brenda provided prompt responses through emails and phone. Direct contact with her was very important and very much appreciated. She was very "to the point" throughout the transaction and made things very easy to understand since I was a first-time home buyer (no sugar-coating). Her thoroughness and quick response times made the whole process much more bearable than I've heard other home buyers go through. Highly recommended!

We purchased our home in November 2017. It was very scary and stressful but after contacting Brenda, she made the process so much easier and felt safe knowing she was on our side. I would not think twice about hiring her again. I of course recommend her services and have done so. She's currently working with one of my close friends!!! Thank you Brenda!!!

Called for consultation and to hire for services. First phone call was a problem she sounded like she didnt want to deal with anyone or anything. Also gave a vibe she was annoyed. I reccomend regard her services or to be the last option to call and hoping she will be understanding and cooperative.

Closed on my condo in April 2016 and couldn t be more satisfied with Brenda s services. As you are well aware, the process of closing on a home/condo can be very stressful and tedious. Brenda was able provide detailed explanations on all my questions and concerns and made the process less stressful. I highly recommend her services!!!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Very Unprofessional from start to finish. Always had an attitude when I called to ask questions. Not easy to work with. Do not recommend.

Prompt responses in both emails and phone calls. Will directly speak to you instead of having to communicate through a secretary/paralegal. Very thorough and accurate in her work and addresses any issues that arise immediately. Fees are very reasonable compared with other firms. Takes the time to fully explain and answer any questions/concerns you have.
