It's called a 5 star hotel but the amenities not match and the staff specially room service

Very small, and very nicely done place. The staff was all smiles and very helpful. The room was very tastefully done and wasn't lacking in any aspect. Olive Kitchen right outside the hotel was an added plus.

Okay-ish food. Love the interiors! Decent place for a casual party.

Even a small single room over here is absolutely darling, sufficiently spacious, and the story of this boutique hotel is very unique and is reflected across all their products and services. My early check in and early morning check out was handled very well. I was even left a very neat roller-style therapy tool on my pillow one evening, which reinforced their commitment to their ambience and brand. They have fun, organic, homemade sweet and savory snacks for their guests. Their breakfast is served in a darling European cafe next door and it's only basic continental fare, but super fresh and super right. I miss their breakfast croissants every day!

Great staff, great location. Stayed here for 4 weeks when we moved to Mumbai and was exceptionally happy with Le Sutra. More traditional than your corporate 4star hotel which have it a more homely feel. The ladies in the spa are wonderful, and the reception staff are eager to assist with any queries and help you may need. Very handy having the restaurant downstairs, and Olive restaurant next door. Would stay again.

Hotel is situated near carter road which gives lots of opportunities to room around in the evening.. And have a nice restaurant in the ground floor which has live music and good food.. Buffet lunch was nice... Facilities provided were good...

Place is nice, very good design and cool open common spaces but unfortunately the area is very bad smelling! It's not the hotel's fault but it is an issue. Receptionists are also very nice and attentive. The restaurant linked with the hotel (out of the blue) is good quality, but even thought it has a quiet big open area, it's not allowed to smoke there, but only in the side area which doesn't have proper chairs and table to eat. Wine is overpriced also for Indian standards.

Staff worked hard to please. Kudos to them.

WiFi was average. Room was too noisy -- lots of street noise. Don't stay here if you need to get to bed early or sleep in. Showers were average. Weak pressure.

Went for lunch, really chilled out place. There was live music, and food wasn't terrible.

Would not stay here again. Booked for three nights and had a really bad stay. This hotel is undergoing maintenance so starting morning to evening you hear banging noises from below and above you. The room lights come on randomly and the room smells like gasoline. Also they show pics of great rooms on the booking platforms and then stick you in whatever room they have. We payed for the highest category room with a bathtub etc only to be given a time triangle shaped room with a wash basin the size of a coconut shell. And they told me it's the "upgraded" room. When I complained about the next day they moved me to a slightly better room.

Very nice well maintained local hotel. We used their gallery presentation room where they had a great lunch served for us.

Nice hotel with clean and well lit rooms. The art element is very much present.. For obvious reasons. Would have given higher rating if not for the big issue at checkin. Hoping for a better experience next time and might change the rating.

It's a very good hotel with courtesy staff always helpful. Out of the blue is very nice with delicious food.

The hotel is very well designed, the interior had a serenity touch. Moreover the staff is very courteous. The restaurant is also awesome.

Staying here now and it s lovely so far. The wifi is fast, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean and spacious for the area. There s lots of nice places to eat nearby as well. They have a couple of restaurants associated with the hotel. We tried the Olive restaurant last night and had a nice dinner at a reasonable price.

Nice place but if u don't ask they will not give u good rooms, they hve some good rooms with more space than other but they will first try to. Fill there bad rooms and than the good rooms, else it was good

They have good ambiance, and the food is good too specially there fish is very good. And one mere thing I liked about the place is that the air conditioning is very well maintained as the summers are going in Mumbai. The bonus point was I got to see one of the famous child artist from Bollywood zaira wasim.
