Great hotel in a decent location! Abu Dhabi is simply much more spread out than it appears from maps

Christmas tree lighting absolutely unorganized.No que for Santa Claus pictures and presents.Santa came without presents for all kids.After giving presents for half of people, they remembered to light up Christmas tree.
Waisting of time,kids end up disappointed in tears.

Nice to know that helpfull staff still exist in a hurried world. We were unable to contact the hotel via the non existent email address on their web site to advise them of our early morning arrival after a 14 hour flight. At reception, Mahanada , was able to ensure our stay at an old favourite was as pleasant as ever. This centrally located hotel is an ideal place to use as a base for exploring all the new sites Abu Dhabi has to offer such as the Qasr al Satan at the other end of the Corniche. Do not miss visiting this new palace and the nightly excellent light show.

great place ...... excellent service ..... I have amount of relaxation of life time..... I like the food alot ..... the location are great as I get my room on the top of 25 floor it was awesome looking forward to go there in near future I highly recommend this place ....

A friend of mine and I spent more than a month in Abu Dhabi staying at Le Royal Meridien.

The hotel t is very nice, elegant and warm; always clean and welcoming. The staff is lovely and very professional. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool and a small spa. I personally loved that although it is a 5 star hotel, its style is cozy. I couldn't wish for a better stay. Highly recommended.

We chose Palmieri Cafe at Le Royal Meridien for our Valentine's night. It was the best choice. Their dinner buffet options were diverse, food was delicious and their staff could not be best. Their selection included on demand grilled meats, crispy and fresh salads (from fatoush to quinoa based ones), soups and nice selections Arab, Indian, bistro type main dishes. Desserts from cakes, to fruits and Umm Ali!
The staff was top notch. Checking on us always with a smile and going the extra mile to make our night a Valentines night. I would visit again!!

Beautiful exterior and interior. The hotel is designed in an eco-friendly manner. Most of the ceiling in the lobby area is made of glass. The hotel possesses a beautiful indoor pool that is converted into a restaurant during Ramadan time as well as when special events take place (i.e. FIFA world cup). The staff is also very courteous making the visit even more memorable.

Very poor customer service. I am a Platinum Member and spoke to Urena and Valerie form CS. They did not help at all. On a separate occasion, I had similar issues with this hotel. I've stayed in MANY hotels and was unhappy with my experience here

Lots of food options. Smack in the middle of major energy companies and city. PJ O Raileys is great Irish pub with good music and food. Great rooms with sea view.

What a nice hotel this is. It even has an irish bar out the back. very popular all year round. If you're expat, then its the place for you.

Well situated hotel near to the corniche. If you can get a sea view room it can be really relaxing. Have a good spread for the breakfast as well. Very courteous and kind staffs who are always ready to help.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't try too much of the food but the snacks by the pool were fine.

Good, modern hotel. Rooms are big and the facilities very functional. Staff is nice, and so is the pool. Recommended.
