Good place to stay and lots of facilities inside it.

I booked for two nights, the bed, mainly the mattress, was uncomfortable at all, I didn't even sleep 3 accumulated hours, when I lost the hope for proper sleeping, I left the bed and slept on the ground itself.

Loved this wonderful landmark in Amman.. it have a lovely effect on the skyline of Amman and have very good services with elegant inner and outer spaces.. and its halls are suitable to have large conference and events.. and the food offerings are lovely..

Very miserable services. ... the restaurant closes at 11:00 The laundry closes in the afternoon! Clean, luxurious in terms of decor, especially on the outside.

Nice view of Amman hills on the 10th floor. Service was good. they required a minimum per person on Friday night. Music is nice - live jazz when visited. They have high chairs for best view.

The most decent place to spend an evening listening to Arabic music and songs, and enjoy a delicious meal

I tried most of the facilities.
1- valet parking
2- room service (after half an hour of waiting, you will receive a request contrary to the one you requested, and you are obligated to pay the bill, despite that.
3- Spa - (The prices of spa services are high and despite that the service is bad, I was not able to complete the massage session due to the lack of professionalism of the service provider)
4- Most of the managers he spoke with did not do their homework.

Been here multiple times for different occasions and reasons. I consider this hotel one of the top whatever your visit reasons are.
I gave it 4 stars as you can't park your car by yourself and you are obliged to hand it to the valet (a lot had bad experience in this place before).

Rooms are old, small and not clean. Maybe it was a five stars hotel, but not any more.
