Mediocre service and low range food ... big disappointment

Very nice hotel close to the lake. Calm and voluptuousness in the charming village of Lutry. With escapades in the vineyards in the colors of autumn. Sumptuous!

Very good restaurant reserved for special occasions (birthday, Valentine's Day) calm atmosphere, vintage decoration (furniture) with a magnificent period fireplace (often lit in winter)
The menu is elaborate and complete, the vast majority "homemade" certified. The wine list is generous from the regions and elsewhere.
The staff are professional friendly helpful and unobtrusive, very good advice for the choice of desserts or wines.
The prices are very reasonable for such quality. In short, we love it and we will come back again and again!

Even rooms that have not seen on the lake have views of the lake. Nothing to say for comfort

The hotel was fantastic, the restaurant less so. We stayed in room 302, which had beautiful views on the lake out its dormer windows. I think it was a "superior double room with lake view." The room was smallish but comfortable and laid out well. It looked exactly like the pictures on the hotel website - very pretty and modern! The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was great. We took the boat into Vevey one day, and used the train the others. It's a bit of a hike up to the station when you have luggage, but certainly do-able. Unfortunately, we ate in the restaurant one night. We had 7:30 reservations but didn't get our food until almost 9:00. The food was fine, but no worth the wait. The other nights we ate at the Italian place next door, which had much better service. We never bothered with the breakfast since there are several much cheaper options in the vicinity.

At the edge of Lake Geneva, in front of a small port, in a beautiful village with a real animation and shops. Very welcoming, good restaurant, wide selection of local wines. Less than 5 km from Lausanne.

The room actually differs from the picture and the view on the lake is bad because underneath it is a restaurant and a nuisance. And the ease of eating enter your wing and can not open the length of my stay in the hotel .. I will not go back to him and I advise him

The hotel is a beautiful, well-presented building located on the lake with a magnificent view of the Alps. The hotel has a beautiful terrace that makes you want to spend time and meditate on the landscape. Opt for a room overlooking the lake, it's worth it. If you do not reserve a room with a view, depending on the occupancy conditions, you can benefit from an "upgrade" from CHF 50.-. The other rooms do not give right to the view and may seem cramped. Note that the rooms are equipped with a fridge and on each floor you will find a Nespresso machine available near the lift.

Very nice hotel! Thank you Mr Nour for your extremely kind and benevolent welcome! All the staff take great care. The room was very nice and very clean, the bedding very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Good restaurant with large terrace overlooking the lake. Varied menu

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The hotel is located on a wonderful spot right on the lake. But the friendliness and the cleanliness in the hotel could still be significantly improved.

The owner of the hotel is Tunisian and Habib arrived late and Atani upgrid and the room overlooking the sea in a little restaurants on the side and behind the hotel

My favorite at Lake Leman for stay over night, take a coffee with some sweets. Lutry in general is nice and beautiful.

On the top floor a bit warm, and you can hear the ventilation of the kitchen until about 00:00.

On July 15, 2017, we booked 1 night at this hotel for a whopping 160. The price is certainly not in proportion to the room. We had no balcony and as soon as you opened the window you got all the food vapors from the underlying kitchens. The air conditioning also did not work properly. Due to this odor, we left the hotel at 02.30 am. Furthermore, the overall impression of the hotel is; dirty and worn out and there is no direct parking.

On August 14, with Swiss friends living in California, we had the opportunity to have lunch at your restaurant. We have never been so well served in a restaurant of your class by simply ordering the plate of the day at Fr. 21.00 with bread, butter and coffee. . We will come back for sure. Best of all, you can check the plates of the day on the website, so no disappointment.

Used to this place, the quality of the food is always stable and friendly.

Quite unpredictable. First of all this Hotel is actually outside Lausanne in Lutry, a small town on its outskirts. This 3 star hotel actually has several rooms that should fairly be graded as 2 Star (at most) and a few rooms that are almost 5 Star!! Surprisingly, the price difference between them is negligible!! Due to my lack of prior experience at that place, I have checked into the depressing room(s) first, and complained from the first night that it had a single window that did not allow enough light into the already darkly designed bedroom. When after two very depressing nights I was moved to another room, there were plenty of windows; sunlight and abundance of outside scenery that could be enjoyed even while lying in bed. The discrepancy between these room types is so huge especially in view of the small price difference. I relayed my impression and thoughts to the Hotel management, but obviously they do not wish to reduce the price for the dark rooms with the small windows. The sleep experience could be improved with better quality pillows. Breakfast & dining experience on the terrace was very good. The Reception staff were very helpful . Not good value for money.

Relatively comfortable and relatively clean room. Value for money a little disappointing. For the restaurant the food is good and the service is prompt courteous and the staff very kind and attentive.

Standard small hotel. The hotel is located directly at the promenade but does not have any parking - closest public parking is about 100m away and cost 16CHF a day i think. We used their breakfast offer which was Nespresso coffee, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt eggs and bread, so a good continental breakfast buffet.

Good food, very nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff, flexibility in some changes in the dishes (in my case, removing an ingredient from the recipe for an intolerance)

Nice hotel, shame that the morning of our departure scheduled at 11am the cleaning staff has disembarked at 9:15
