Room was very good, as we're the views. Service was excellent. WiFi was intermittent in my room, which was an annoyance. Restaurant was decent too.
The hotel is very well decorated, the staff very attentive, they even spoke to us in Spanish.
The hotel is modernly renovated and has a very nice view of the bay. In a few steps you are directly on the beach promenade and can be very nice for a walk. There is also a small public stretch of beach directly opposite. There is a pool on the 12th floor. Small but beautiful. We had a junior suite. Everything new, 2 balconies, 2 toilets, great view.
The star deduction is certainly due to the corona. Because the services for Platinium Members are limited. Lounge on the 13th floor is closed. During the day you can get soft drinks from the bar. And only after 5.30 p.m. there is something to eat and alcoholic drinks. That's good and like a small 3-course meal. But actually we're used to something else. Breakfast is a la carte.
We keep our fingers crossed that this challenging time will soon be over and that the hotel can return to its great all-encompassing services.
This is one of my TOP 3 hotels in Malta. Really great service and services for guests. The pool area is great!
Le Meridien is a perfectly located hotel in the popular area of St Julians, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff more than helpful, the cocktails and restaurant superb..what more could you want in a hotel!
Room was large and comfortable with an absolutely amazing view of the ocean.
Buffet breakfast is great with an omelette station and juicers.
Concierge could definitely be improved as the staff who man it aren't knowledgeable, they only read off of one companies brochure.
Nice room, good service, food is not the best to my personal tastes.
