One of the oldest five star property with good hospitality.

Another one of those hotels that takes you by surprise. Looks like an old palace that was converted into a hotel. Lots of nature, pools, trees, etc. It's such a nice place, you would want to stay in the hotel and not go out exploring!

Had a wonderful stay at an Amazing property, Excellent staff & great hospitality!

Due to the long weekend, all of Delhi was in Jaipur. As we therefore were not able to find parking in Chokhi Dhani we visited Le Meredian instead. The rajasthani food that was served was awesome and authentic. The "Laal Maas" was superb! To top it all the staff were really polite and the entire family enjoyed the fireworks on display.

The hotel is very cozy and well maintained with very polite staff.

Nice resort with good facilities. Poor ability of the staff to handle bulk check-in for marriages....

Beautiful. Though the day we visited renovation was going on and we couldn't dine where we wanted but a nice place to be. The food at their restaurant is ok.

Great ambiance and great customer service. The cottage rooms at the rear side of the hotel are interesting. We got a room upgrade. Breakfast options were delicious, and the food was good. The hotel has taken all relevant steps for Covid. The public areas were well sanitized and cleaned regularly. Riya at the Front desk and Arju at the restaurant were really warm and helpful. The remaining staff were also were courteous. Thanks.

Best five star hotel in accommodation but poor dinner in taste

Absolutely amazing hospitality. I am a Marriott elite member so have seen a fair share of hotels worldwide, and I must say it was a really memorable experience - particularly the attention to detail of the staff and the food. The views are also wonderful (I wish I had enjoyed more at the hotel and less driving to the other spots).

Nice hotel, but too out of the way - located on Jaipur-Delhi highway. Food above average, but limited choice. It needs to encourage local clientele more.

Banquet hall and other facilities are great but the food is bad

The place is very nice. Hospitality and service are good. The food is mediocre in taste. Facilities are good but the rooms are not so specious. The corridors are not very attractive but the entrance hall, garden area and pool area are beautiful.

Pathetic dining experience.
Super spicy soup. Uncooked Paratha.
Zero value for money, who is spoiling the brand image among guests and negligence of duty on paid food would be identified.
Hope to see responsible deployment of staffs

This Hotel became my home for half a year and I can say HOME in capitals because everyone tried their best to make me fell like this.
Although it is not a new property, it is well kept and functions very well, it shows years of training and good practices.
The staff was very accommodating to my specific needs and never had any problem to do the extra mile. In essence you never hear a no in terms of service. even upgraded from the agreed package were given to me when possible to what I am very grateful.
The food is of very good level and the consistency is maintained regardless who s in the kitchen that day.
Special mention to JD Jatinder Dhaliwal , the executive chef (and dear friend) who runs a legion of well trained chefs
Ajay at the restaurant always kept a spotless service
Harsh at front desk always available night or day to help easing any small issues
And, of course Aishik from house keeping. who managed to make all the changes necessary in the room to fit my needs.
There are a long number of names who also contributed to my good long experience and to which I am equally grateful

NEGATIVE NOTE
The hotel made big mistakes managing the reservations. I made a six month booking with the explicit request not to change room. Around a month after I checked in, the hotel sales and reservations teams requested me to change rooms and even hotels for over 10 different dates due to problems of overbooking.
The pressure from them trying to convince me to move in and out, turned an very good experience into a very unpleasant one.
I want to make clear this was ONLY a problem of booking and sales and nothing to do with the daily services that were as homey as they can be.
Congratulations to those!!

The location was very great and we arrived their very convinently . It is a very beautiful place and we have a very good expirence their snacks were amazing and also the hotel room was quite big and we also have a very exelent experience their . We all enjoyed a lot their !!! Well services were all good ans very co operating !!!

Rooms are good but room service is worst,no management ,didn't received the even after 10 days of checkout

Food is awesome, rooms are comfortable and staff is humble

Doing there best to keep the property sanitized, temperature check and sanitization starts from the main gate

Look for Amritpal Singh the Restaurant Manager,
He's one person you will remember throughout and tell stories about his hospitality, he's a gem and an asset for The Hotel.

The hotel that welcomed us as warmly as family and was brimming with hospitality in its every avenue.
