Overall experience was good but their reception staff is very rude. It's like they don't know how to behave inspite of being in the hospitality industry. We attended a wedding there and on the day of checkout they kept on calling us again and again so we checkout early. I have never seen such a behavior at any other five star. And they keep on arguing on everything and make faces as if they are doing us a favour.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Away from the crowd of the city, we felt so relaxed and pampered. Still it is quite close to some of the beautiful forts of Jaipur. The restaurants in the resort serve diverse variety of food and is very kid friendly. Perfect stay for holidays. We loved it !!

Recently attended a wedding organised at the hotel...

Recently attended a wedding organised at the hotel through an event manager by the name of Richa Sharma. The experience was nothing like I had imagined. The food was always late and even though there was variety, it was of no use, given the flavor-less tastes. Ultimately, it was a matter of waiting for the food to be served and to eat the not-so-good zests. The rooms allotted to us were fine but as far as the wedding events and venues go, the event managers did a very hasty and unplanned job, the most drastic and harassing one of which ended with us freezing cold on the wedding night. In spite of constant requests and complaints, little was done to change the venue or provide necessary amenities, on top of which, guests were insulted by the event managers, citing that we were simply chiding for no reason about the useless arrangements. It appeared as though the event planner was least bothered by the situation. Even the preparations put in place by them was not up to the mark and a complete scene of duping for money after making false promises. Before leaving, I saw 1-2 parties coming up to the same planner to plan their event in the hotel, and I cannot stress enough on how badly these people treated us, so beware and find yourself another worthy venue because I am sure that the hotel might even have a tie-in with these planners.

I have been a Marriott bonvoy member for years now and I usually stay at a Le Meridien... however, my experiences in India are far from what I expected. Yes, the property is nice. The staff are nice however, if English is supposedly the first language of India, I would expect better communication skills when wanting to simply order a coffee or tea. We came down for breakfast at 6:55am when breakfast is supposedly starting at 6:30 and food was not out and or ready....
The concierge was on his personal cell phone the entire time and couldn t help with our questions and taxi order, we opted for Uber instead since there was simply no proper conversation. For a hotel, you serve tourists. You should be able to speak and converse properly if you work in certain departments. I cannot say I would recommend this place.
I hope to see improvement. I give this rating a 3 star because my room was clean.
