This Hotel became my home for half a year and I can say HOME in capitals because everyone tried their best to make me fell like this.
Although it is not a new property, it is well kept and functions very well, it shows years of training and good practices.
The staff was very accommodating to my specific needs and never had any problem to do the extra mile. In essence you never hear a no in terms of service. even upgraded from the agreed package were given to me when possible to what I am very grateful.
The food is of very good level and the consistency is maintained regardless who s in the kitchen that day.
Special mention to JD Jatinder Dhaliwal , the executive chef (and dear friend) who runs a legion of well trained chefs
Ajay at the restaurant always kept a spotless service
Harsh at front desk always available night or day to help easing any small issues
And, of course Aishik from house keeping. who managed to make all the changes necessary in the room to fit my needs.
There are a long number of names who also contributed to my good long experience and to which I am equally grateful

NEGATIVE NOTE
The hotel made big mistakes managing the reservations. I made a six month booking with the explicit request not to change room. Around a month after I checked in, the hotel sales and reservations teams requested me to change rooms and even hotels for over 10 different dates due to problems of overbooking.
The pressure from them trying to convince me to move in and out, turned an very good experience into a very unpleasant one.
I want to make clear this was ONLY a problem of booking and sales and nothing to do with the daily services that were as homey as they can be.
