Accustomed for years to make a stop to taste the bar of chabichou, what a disappointment !!! The owner changed the teams too, following the work, the framework too. Tea or chocolate were served with petit fours or pancakes galore. Today all this beautiful era is over, the two chocolate rolls were served to us because we had to ask for them, more staff in the dining room, moreover, the customers were not mistaken, the bar is empty ...
What a disappointment, but it does not matter, the palaces are quite numerous in Courchevel, we know better.

Very nice lunch with friend, nice home, original dishes and well worked, a delight for the taste buds ... I will return, but it is true that at that price I would not go every day. Men's hat.

Simply the pinnacle of a simple and efficient hotel without snobbery

One week stay could not be more delicious this summer: perfect location in the resort, spacious room in a cozy setting that lends itself to relaxation, full spa, and very nice, quality gym, gourmet table of excellence, tasty breakfast.
The quality of the service both in the room and the reception, at breakfast and dinner at the gourmet restaurant is undeniable and irreproachable: perfect balance between conviviality and elegance.
The brewery is very disappointing both by the service and the taste of the dishes: this disappointment does not affect our opinion, we will try again to dine on our next stay.
Despite this downside, it is with great pleasure that we plan to return for the holidays of the end of the year, or current 2019.

I went to the spa chabichou and I am disappointed ... service level, cleanliness is really good! Especially for a 4 star ... only 2 sunbeds available around the pool ... This is really not the service we expect when we go to chabichou!

The Masters of the places and founders are gone ... The Rochedy Family has bowed out. This is not a new family that has taken over this emblematic establishment, but a hotel group whose first objective is only profitability ... !!! With a kitchen MOF, but whose culinary assemblies are pretentious ... without love or sincerity ... even though its origins are working Lorraine and without the help of Chef Michel Rochedy, he did not have the abilities to win this title !!!! No tribute to the Founders ... On the contrary, everything is changed in the hotel including decoration, rooms, and ... rates lol !!!! In short, knowing the establishment since 1973, I would never attend again! What a pitiful sight ... What a pitiful team ... What a pitiful so-called "Chef"

Lovely 2 Michelin star restaurant focusing on traditional haute french cuisine with a modern touch. The food was excellent. Interesting amuse bouches . The service here was second to none, our table was greeted by the head chef. The sommelier was very helpful and got us the perfect bottle. Absolutely beautiful experience. Would recommend to anyone who love fine dinning.

The tea time .... Just extra !! Nothing to say, the chabichou is tjs at the top! Same for the spa ..

I was a regular customer of the restaurant Le Chabichou and this institution, on my recommendation, was visited by many famous people in Russia and Europe.
I booked a table for January 5, 2020 for 4 people. On the day of booking, 2 hours before the appointed dinner, I canceled the reservation personally by phone. The cancellation of dinner was forced due to my son s unexpected illness, an ambulance arrived at the hotel (help was attached). In any of the restaurants of a similar level, due to the force majeure stated, the order was canceled according to the rule of exclusion from the rules (kulanzweise). The restaurant employee did not even offer to rebook the order for any other date. For the cancellation of the reservation of the table, 600 was withdrawn from my credit card. Appeals
the settlement remain unanswered and, in principle, are ignored by the restaurant management.
After discovering the write-off of unjustified funds and judging by the feedback in the future of boorish behavior by my actions in relation to my guests, I consider this case - not an accident, - not a mistake, but an intentional action that has a regular character.
In connection with what happened to me, I can probably preempt someone in the future from such a greyhound and do not forget about this case because even if you think that for a particular service a credit card for a specific amount was made, you should not be surprised if suddenly she will not
correspond and at times will increase as a result on bank statements, as well as the withdrawal itself will appear for a fictitious reason. No one is safe from this in this institution and no one will understand anyway among the employees.

Therefore, it is worth foreseeing measures for the future, where, how and when you will include additional legal and informational power for such cases.

Had lunch at Le Chabichou. A very good 3 course set and excellent wines. Chic and refined alpine decor with a nice portrait of Monsieur Paul Bocuse signed by many illustrious chefs, as well as a library of michelin guides through the years. Highly professional and warm service. Lovely terrace where one can enjoy tea and take in the fresh air by the ski slopes.

Excellent restaurant, I had the best langoustines of my life. The waiters are very welcoming and pleasant! A slightly gloomy atmosphere but for a quiet dinner with your loved one(s) it's the perfect place in Courchevel!

This place is the essence of Courchevel. You cannot eat or sleep somewhere else (winter or summer) if you come to the 3 valleys!
One of the best gastronomic restaurant in France, with a human, family and charming twist.
The hotel is a real miracle : you feel like you have a chalet in Courchevel 1850. It takes time and dedication to create this experience among customers! Bravo. And it doesn t belong to a trust, group or other entity!

We had a 4 course menu in 2 star Michelin restaurant and the food was surprised me, very creative and yummy. The service is great as well. We really enjoy this evening in Le Chabichou.

A superb spa with a warm welcome, affordable prices, free hot and cold drinks. We had a nice relaxing time.

What hotel ! The rooms are spacious and furnished with wood. The public areas are beautiful! Great luxury!

Welcome from the Ambassador of Brussels who does not even say hello, the chef who must either resign or fire his brigade because a risotto with pasty truffles in such a restaurant is unacceptable! The desserts are nothing fantastic, the truffle quenelles with a pool of fat, who are we kidding? The server service is top cons!

We were disturbed .. several times for no reason and the reception wanted us to leave the hotel a day before. Extremely average stay compared to what we had experienced before. We do not recommend

We had lunch on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant in August. The service is irreproachable and the dishes are tasted as well with the eyes as with the taste buds. The presentations of the dishes are incredible and original. I recommend this restaurant for an exceptional meal. The prices were about 130 euros the menu.
