The highland beef lasagna was so tasty and my waiter was so quick on his feet going back-and-forth doing multiple jobs I felt definitely served a great meal here. I've even included a picture of the animals in the backyard of the restaurant which gave me some appetite, even for a half hour walk around. Thank you

Ate here two nights in a row. The charcutier board was very good with a nice size portion. Service was very friendly and paced slowly so that we were able to enjoy ourselves over an hour and a half to two hours without feeling like we were rushed out of the restaurant. The pizza was just ok and I would recommend choosing something else off the menu as the other plates we had were delicious, such as the endive salad.

We placed our order at 6:30 pm using our hotel room phone and were told to come and pick up the order at 7:30pm. when we arrived many guest seem to be coming back to the Restaurant with issues and mistakes. (About 4 other couples) The entire team seemed overwhelmed and disorganized - when it was my turn to pay I did only to be told 10 minutes later that they forgot to charge items on the bill - I payed a second time - we got our bag - then we headed up to our room only to find that 2 dishes were not what we ordered. We called the restaurant back and we re told that they had sold out of some ingredients and they decided to make a different dish without advising us or telling us at check out. Not cool - we can understand that things sell out no stress and would have been totally fine with selecting something else. Philip the manager was rude and could not care less. I think the team needs to be trained in order management and customer commutation. the potential of this restaurant is there I find that there is a lack of proper management accountability. It sucks cause it was my boyfriend birthday and we were really looking forward to this meal - thanks Philip you made our night ( sarcastic)

Overall, Les Labours provides an opportunity to sample the flavours of Charlevoix in an upscale atmosphere. Les Labours is a fine-dining restaurant is located in the Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa, which itself is tucked away in an unassuming corner of Baie-Saint-Paul. The restaurant itself if gorgeous with tables looking out over the nearby fields, a centrally situated open kitchen, and a jewel box-like cellar. Service was available in broken English but was warm and welcoming. The menu was available in both English and French. The food faithfully celebrates the many local delicacies, was presented beautifully, and was generally tasty.
