My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we liked it very much! Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room, close to the shopping malls and the beach, excellent breakfast. We also ate here both evenings at the rooftop terrace restaurant; the food was delicious! nice ambiance. we were served by Manager Michael, Pauline. You guys made ourstay memorable. Thanks a lot.
One of the best hotels with good standards and lake Victoria view in Entebbe . Had a comfortable, pleasant and safe stay . Roof top restaurant and pool with amenities are amazing. Really appreciated the hospitality of the staffs especially Mr Jivanth (General Manager) who personally guided and helped is in moving around in Uganda. All the staffs were polite and moreover have a yummy breakfast corner.
Nice inside, located in central area and near shopping center. The only challenge is limited parking space.
K hotels is amazing!!! The customer care is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and their food is lovely. You just won't regret spending your money the services are very professional. especially from their F&B manager. Mr. Michael understands the needs of every guest with regards to parties. our baby shower was wonderful because of him and Pauline, Rachel, Nadia, Dorcas.

The hotel is in good location with security. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. During my check-in Isaac from the reception was very helpful. The was clean and comfortable. The room, the toilet and the sitting room is modern and up to date. The cleaning staff were always on time to clean my room. The breakfast in the morning is also very good. The breakfast staff were always quick to assist if I needed something. Thank you Khotels Entebbe.
The hotel has well organized rooms with a close lake view. Very hospitable team from the reception up to the room service. Manager Hamza makes sure that everyone is well taken care of even in his absence. I d definitely return for another stay. 9/10 score.
This hotel is very confortable, well located if you stay in Entebbe. The rooftop is a very nice place for lunch or dinner and it's also probably one of the best place for a drink as the view on the lac is wonderful. The pool is on the rooftop but sadly, it's a very small one so don't expect to swim and there's no place to chill around it or getting some sun around. The rooms are great, clean and big with large TV with easy access to the ports so you can plug your laptop or usb key. Electric outlet everywhere and a large bed. You will find a safe as well but no outlet inside. The bathroom is very nice with probably the best thing in this hotel after the staff, the SHOWER!!! it's the best shower I ever had lately, so much pressure, and very large. I couldn't finish without talking about the staff. Everyone is nice, from the front door to the restaurants as well as the made and the front desk. They make your stay a great experience.
I hotel has cozy rooms with a good view of lake Victoria. Manager Hamza is a hospital gentleman that s dedicated to giving his customers the best experience. The Saturday band and barbecue was a good experience for my time there. I would definitely recommend this place.
It's a great facility especially for small groups Conference facilities. Good customer care too
