It is always quick and easy to get in and out here. They have friendly, helpful staff that is always ready to assist you.

They are always so helpful, get the job done and done well, and that is the goal.

They are easy to work with and can offer suggestions to projects when needed. My my jobs are always finished on time and correctly.

The blond older woman is miserably uncooperative and rude. I was gentle and kind, attempting to please her in every way I could. She was determined to be difficult. Maybe her life is difficult, and I can understand, but that needs to stay at home and not be taken to work. My job was simple but she made it complicated and awkward for no reason. She also refused to offer gracious service when she had not hole punched my papers. She wanted to double charge when she had not provided me with what I requested. I left the store feeling sad which was not what I had expected at all upon walking in. The Mail Room and the UPS drop off both in Newberg are better places to go with kinder, more helpful staff. I encourage you to offer your business to them instead. I will without a doubt.

Went in too get a photo printed. I expected them to be knowledgeable in the field. We spoke for a moment they printed something without telling us they were printing. The print came out blurry so I requested a different size. Then it turned into a blame game of why the picture was blurry. It made it very uncomfortable so we decided to take our business elsewhere and they told us we still had to pay for a picture that was not at all what we wanted. Last time I checked the purpose of doing business is to make sure the customer is happy with the product not left feeling like they are ripped off.

Just as their name implies, they're quick. Never had a problem getting any work done with them and was even able to get a large map printing job done where others wouldn't touch it.

Well.. one thing for sure.. the older blond woman.. clearly has an issue. Rude.. like your bothering her.. she does not want us there....odd.. I have had to come in alot lately.. 4 out of 5 times.. I have had her.. the other employee.. kind and professional. Looking at the previous posts .. she needs an attitude adjustment.

First time I went in there the blonde lady who was working was extremely rude and didn't even care on helping me either. She also gave me an attitude as well and like she didn't even want to be there either. I don't recommend going to her at all! Go somewhere else to do your business at.
